  1. Y'all don't like him because he doesn't coach your respective teams. :D Trust? Feeling? WTF? He get results within the rules. You prolly don't trust him because he reneged on his comittment to the pros. He belongs in college football - he knows that - his style wouldn't work in the pros. Bring him to NEB or UVA and he would turn those programs around too. Quickly. Get real. Damn Don, never seen you so fired up over something! I prefaced by saying he can coach. Two championships at 2 schools, no arguing that. But so could Barry Switzer at Oklahoma. You say within the rules, I say he just hasn't been caught yet. All I'm saying is I don't like the guy. If UVa could have hired him, hell yeah I'd take him. Doesn't mean I have to like him or that I still can't have that "feeling" that he could be shady behind his on-screen Dudley Do-Right personna. And don't forget, I'm a HUGE Bama fan, so this is just between me and Nick..............and you LOL! :chillin:
  2. :agree: Can't deny he can coach, but don't trust the man. Didn't like him at LSU either. Just a feeling I have about him...
  3. AMC-MJ, I'd like to see some pics of that B-series Mack listed in your sig!
  4. SUPER nice! Welcome to the club! I also like the look of that "racerback", a different look.
  5. looks great..............need a distant shot :brows:
  6. I'd like to keep this thread open for myself. Didn't know badges for this existed, so now I want one too. Anybody else got one to sell?
  7. Congrats on the score Wade. As hard as they are to come by here, imagine how hard they must be to find in UK/Europe?? $200 may be a great price to the buyer. Plus what's the current exchange rate? That's about $130 UK right?
  8. Don, I agree with your opinion on Tebow. I've said the same thing for a long time. Great athlete, all heart, good COLLEGE QB. My bro-n-law and I were watching last night and he was going on about how impressive Tebow is and I told him he'd never be a starter in the NFL. 5 mins later they had Brian Billick pointing out his poor mechanics, 12 second release time, and other NFL challenges he would have. And then today the headlines all say he showed what an impressive passer he can be to the NFL scouts there. Uhh, that's 1 game. I say he could be a pretty good H-back in the pros, and I even think with his size, speed, football knowledge and his heart, he could be a heck of a linebacker. :dunno:
  9. Suh is unbelievable. A true one man game changer. I will unhappily cheer for VA Tech tonite as an ACC member...........but for that reason only.
  10. You can get them on the link below, or post a WTB in the classifieds. Very likely a member has an extra set to sell. http://www.teamcherokee.com/Locks_and_Keys/index.html Also, try wholesalemopar.com and mopar-parts-dealer.com
  11. Incorrect my friend. They are out there. Needle in a haystack yes, but they are out there. Members on here have found and sold them, I've seen them on jeepforum and ebay, just haven't bought any yet. Pretty sure G is right on this Wahoo-man. I got a pair of NOS "chrome" tail lights (p/n 56001354 -5) a few years back and while they look like chrome, it's a chrome-like paint that fades over time to silver. He said I'll NEVER find the "chrome" ones, and I know they are not truly "chrome". But every once in a blue moon (which is occuring right now LOL), a set pops up on ebay or a forum that someone has been holding on to; a set that hasn't faded. Like I said, it's a needle in a haystack that I may never find, but never say never LOL.
  12. I knew what you meant as far as it being a Toyota, it just read like you were saying the shocks for a T100 may be made by someone different than a Performer IAS for, say, a Nissan Frontier or Jeep Cherokee. They appear to be well made and have gotten some good press, but only time will tell. I remember now that you had a bad experience with the Monroes.. I should have stated that my feedback on these shocks should be taken with a grain of salt because I only put about 3k miles per year on my truck, I don't really "wheel" it, and the Gabriels I took off it were tired for sure, so whatever I put on would be an immediate improvement. I'll report back with more detail in about 5yrs, how's that LOL? ;)
  13. Got any idea who makes their T100 shocks Wahoo? Far as I can tell, the T100 is their standard gas shock, kind of like the Monroe Sensatrak junk. No I don't. I could believe they may have different mfr's for the different shock products, I.E., the Performer IAS is their standard shock, the Xtreme IAS next up, then the remote resevoir top-O-da-line units, but I would doubt they have different mfr's within each product line depending on the application. I'm not sure if that's what you meant when you asked who makes the "T100 shock" as you referenced. That being said, I chose the rear shock from the 4wd T100 for a couple of reasons: 1) it's dimensions were in line with what I needed since there was no specific MJ rear shock app, and 2) with me having MT springs and generally hauling above average payloads from time to time, the weight of the T100 (I checked the GVWR of a T100 vs. an Metric Ton MJ, not too far off) in relation to valving etc. would be a reasonable match. Anyhoo, I know the Bilsteins are the best in many people's opinion, and OMEs are highly regarded too. I'm not trying to pimp these as a replacement for the Bilsteins, or even the OMEs (but for argument's sake, maybe they could be), I'm just pointing them out as another option and a heck of a good buy. As for the Monroe's, I think a lot of guys on here would disagree they are junk, especially for the price. :dunno:
  14. fyi, they still have the T100 shocks available......part#3474
  15. Here's the link to the spec sheet for Edelbrocks. I bought a set of T100 rear shocks which measured out for what I would need for a 3" lift. Just installed them recently and they ride fantastic. If they still have your size in stock (don't just look at the Jeep ones, find which part number works for you and then find what application it is available for), you can't beat them for $30 each. They are $90 retail, as Quadratec still sells them at that price. A lot of other guys on here got them when Edelbrock put them on sale, everyone reported back very positive. FYI, the dimensions you listed are almost identical to the ones I got with the T100 shocks. http://edelbrock.com/automotive_new/mis ... l_2008.pdf
  16. how long has JU been online?
  17. For the record, I believe I recall Jeepco posting last year in the "what did you get" thread. If he has a new outlook on it all, so be it, but I don't think it's always been that way.
  18. Incorrect my friend. They are out there. Needle in a haystack yes, but they are out there. Members on here have found and sold them, I've seen them on jeepforum and ebay, just haven't bought any yet.
  19. Meh, it's all good. I'm gonna be picky and wait to stumble on some true "chrome" ones, plus, hopefully you'll make a few bucks on ebay.
  20. are the tail lights chrome? looks like they are painted gray. keeping or selling? if chrome and selling, i'm interested. nice finds.
