Just pull the stock one out and use a pipe of something to beat all the stuff out of the cat then put it back on, but don't don't breath the dust.. State inspection.. so yelp... now my MJ is a 89 only thing I have to do to get it inspected is turn on my lights and honk the horn! :D

I just ran into this today... I was wondering on my 96 XJ WTH was that god awful noise... I thought it was my transfer case.. I crawled under there today and yelp its the cat.. Sounds like some sort of "block" is lose and rattling around in it. Sucks its a 96 which in NC means sniff-sniff...... How much do catalytic converters cost now'a'days?? Think an Universal one will work??

Hey man, I have a brand new canvas cover for that trailer. Its OD and never been installed. I got it from when we were cleaning out our motorpool in the Army; and I thought it was a tarp. I'd sell it to you cheap but its really heavy... so shipping would be murder...

Its a light bulb it doesn't matter what side ground is on. If it was a LED it would matter but not a regular bulb.

Its just the way these trucks are. The ecu has to relearn everything and start from scratch. You could try replacing the crankshaft positioning sensor with the one that wires directly to the ecu, but it will still take a few turns crank.

Image Not Found I was trying to say this way is backwards. The taper in that ID should face the input shaft not the crankshaft.

Yeah, the pics aren't as clear as the Canon takes -- but the whole cheap camera cost less than a memory card for the Canon. Be a big spender -- move up to the $39.99 model. The way I understood it to do was add mass to the already thick latex. Not for traction but paint it inside your doors,floors, firewall, and other places where the Dynamat type of sound deadeners don't fit to well or where you can't get to them.

I think it would especially if it was 50:50 mixed with sand!!

No, you can adjust it cold, no warm up necessary. Follow E-man's instructions, if no improvement and you bottom out, it's steering box replacement time mate. How many miles on your rig BTW? 190k ?? :hmm:
