I am still rattled that theres a city in Alabama called Arab.. I actually had to google it to see for myself... Sure is. But there are zero Arabs here. :D The sports teams are called the Knights (after Arabian Nights) I know. Most always the teams suck, especially the basketball team. None of the players can dunk let alone get off the floor. The story behind the name: Tuttle Thompson, wishing to obtain a post office for Arab, was asked to submit three possible names. He sent in INK, BIRD, and ARAD. Arad was the name of his young son. In Washington, the official mistook the D for a B and in 1882 the town was officialy named ARAB. Due to the red tape it would have required to have the name changed, it was left Arab. The town of Arab was incorporated in 1892. Those G-specs and their damed dyslexia... lol kiddin But, I so hope to get that question one day on Trivial Pursuit!!

valve stuck open maybe?? -
Sup fellows. I just removed my headliner. It came out pretty easy, but like mentioned many times on here the layers are separated on the edges. I have read where you's use fiberglass matting and resin to build the material back up. Would someone please post up a DIY on this?????? pleaseeeee.. I know how to mix the resin, but what about application?? Should I use a weave or chopped and just lay it in/on the liner after brushing the resin on?? And another big issue in my mind is the edges. What will I need to do there?? Should I just make a mold out of plaster and mold me another liner from it?? I just got off the phone with Dynamat, and was discussing with them what to use on the top of the roof. The top of my liner was burnt from the roof heat. (Black truck  ) So I'm going to do the roof and around the cab in Dynamat to keep the sun's heat from frying the new liner.. Thanks in advance!! jt

Thats center of the wheels front to rear correct? -
Lookin good,,, I'm going to hijack someones idea of covering my head liner with a Jolly Rogers flag and I's scared as he!! to take my headliner down without it cracking all up. It looks like the only thing holding it up is velcro... Any pointers you'd like to throw out on taking it out????

I'm not 100% sure if that would net you 9-10" of lift.. Guessing that from SOA's giving you 4-5" and those springs are 4.5 lift.. someone will chime in I'm pretty sure.

Console Screw Attachment Question
jtdesigns replied to SuperWade2's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Dude did you ask a question when first posted this?? I must have completely overlooked it!! My bad, but is there any way you could fashion some Velcro on the bottom to keep it still? -
Afro-engineering? I resemble that remark. :D Just an effective method of utilizing useless junque for a semi-useful purpose. When's the last time anyone ever used a speed handle with all the pneumatic and electric socket combos today? I don't call this an AEF, I call it a jury rig, which implies an ingenious solution to a problem done with materials at hand. Still you have came up with some out of the box ideas!! I'm not ragging ya, its a compliment !!! I myself can come up with a million ways to use a paper clip and rubber band. I like the practical application of different useful objects, or what they call "hacks" <>

You could just go get a yogo and set the whole thing on the rear tracks and have a lil smasher!! That would be cool to see coming down the road

X2. But how 'bout the Giant offensive line keeping the Pats off Eli? How 'bout the no-name Giant receivers, especially David Tyree who made that miraculous 4th quarter catch to keep the Giant's drive going. He didn't even get an after game interview that I saw. A total team effort, they looked more like the Pats than the Pats did. Probably the greatest Super Bowl yet. My head hurts this morning.  I think that 4th 1/4 catch of Tyree's was luck... I mean dam Eli had 4 defenders all over him gettin hit in the head and still he just lobed the ball up in the air and luckily Tyree was there to catch it.. Agreed that Tuck was a big pressure on Brady, but he did get sat down alot.. But did anyone notice how all the players looked alot smaller then years past? Think it has anything to do with steroids, and how the drugs use is really tested for??

I agree, Manning did pretty good for a kid in his brothers shadow..

I was drawing up when Brady was letting go of those long 80 yarders...
