If your father was an executive and his is the standard bronze color without a number, there goes the theory regular workers got the bronze ones and management hot the gold ones.

It is possible he may have had a few coins at one time.  He actually was part of the dealer network management team and would have given them to the dealerships.  I may still run across something as I continue to look.

pretty sure I've only seen 2 of the gold colored ones in 20 years of being online in the MJ world.  and yes, one of them sits on my desk   (bought rather than earned, I'm old but not quite that old)

NOS coin just arrived today. the original plastic is not perfectly sealed so I’m going to take it out of the plastic and put it in a coin holder
