Sort of impulse bought this when I was in Dallas (It was in Wichita Falls). I had the van so I rented a dolly and it followed me home.

Its a 1991 2wd 4.0 AX-15

Sweet! It looks like it might be an Eliminator based off of the stripe on the side, the body color grille/headlight bezels, and fogs. The wheels say otherwise though.

It is an eliminator. Someone jacked the wheels off of it at some point. I will swap the salt shakers off my other truck onto this one at some point. Very early 1991, only 1991 Eliminator I have seen without the new style eliminator graphics.

it's only a problem if you run out of space/money.  :D

Well I am at basically max capacity of the driveways at this point. Might be able to squeeze one more vehicle on to the back one but there is currently 7 here...

meh.  I had 3 trucks at the drs office across the street in exchange for mowing his grass.  where there's a will, there's a way. :D

mini van doing work

Dude that van is the most baller daily driver I have ever owned! Good fuel economy, very comfy, it can kinda tow, and I can load it to the gills with crap.

A lot of people sell the minivan thing short.  One of my friends wives drives a Town & Country version Chrysler product and the thing is qreally nice.

It's all loaded up, plenty comfy and drives excellent in all weather conditions.

I mean it did an 8 hour tow at 200lbs under its tow rating (Comanche = 3k lbs, Trailer 300 lbs, tow rating 3500 lbs). Granted I have a trans cooler on it. All while hauling me and Pete's 2wd transmission in the back of the van. No problems except when one of the slowly deflating front tires on the comanche allowed one of the straps to pop loose on a large bump.

Really super excellent vehicles for utility use. Plus I actually do have friends that sometimes ride in the back =P No kids thank god...

I seriously miss my 97 T+C.   :(  my family has had a minivan around since 86 (8 total?), but my pop sold the last one in '17 in favor of the Durango.  it's way more effective at towing, but lacks the never ending space of a van.

Hah! Maverick himself has seven, and I have two! Four in the driveway, one in the garage, two on the street, and two in the back yard!

As for the eliminator, how's the interior condition? Do you plan on a 4WD conversion?

Interior is... Present =P

I have a new set of carpet for it and I will probably swap my slightly less terrible drivers seat from the 89. Dash is the worst I have ever seen. 4wd swap? Maybe someday but not high priority. I am going to drop a 8.25 in the back of it to get it moving again but I think I am going to build a 29-spline 8.25 with LSD and 3.55 gears in the long term. The red comanche will get the black comanche's eliminator wheels and newish BFG tires.
