Did some more panels. Turns out I’m not very good at the fine details haha. Panels don’t fit as tight as I’d like. I have all the hardware to make a functional tailgate and actual Jeep decals. Still have to weld in the mounting tabs.

cardboard is your friend and time is on your side. how wide or tall is that rear section?  I'm thinking a rusty tailgate might donate a nice jeep panel then you could go further and make a functional tailgate and that would be titties.

36"x17" at its widest part.  i thought about cutting out a section of my tailgate but idk if i will.

is your tailgate still nice?  I'm sure there are guys that would work out a trade with you for one that's less nice. 

 

or better yet, just buy one to cut up and then go hang your original on the wall

it was in perfect condition, till i backed into a tree with it down while i was carrying a buddies spare tire.  mine will probably become wall art.

Got my corbeaus mounted. Need to modify brackets cause they sit a little too tall. Also got the passenger side bed panels all complete.

Got the driver side seat lowered and also started working on the harness bar

I originally painted the inner panels black but didn’t really like how it looked.

i was thinking black myself but your right  good choice.
