JeepcoMJ
Illinois DNR has reported a slueth of bears in the Chicago area, causing a real ruckus, and has dispatched the Green Bay Packers to terminate the problem after all the success they have had with the bird issue. Its Bear hunting season next sunday!

JeepcoMJ
the bears represent chicago. chicago is essentially a semi-functional congregation of some of the most ignorant people on earth, and is full of people who fit their race's stereotype... based off of that, I have decided that the bears don't deserve to win. much like the racial types down there that registered my grandfather (passed on for 9 years) to vote, who don't deserve the help they're given. yes, I got more in depth than I needed to. basically, the hatred for chicago is much, much deeper than just a game. da bears still suck. HOrnbrod
Da Bears all day long. Rogers is playing some great QB lately for the cheeseheads, but Da Bear D will fix that. I hear they'll be rolling out Butkus if things get serious........ Looking forward though, I think the big show will be won by the AFC contender this year, and I'm goin' with the Jets.
Incommando
Due to my beloved Vikes graciously allowing two of their lesser divisional rivals a chance to make the play-offs (probably to stop the incessant " we'll be better next year" crying), the Packers have a clear road to the Super Bowl. Cutler is ordering a case of Pittsburg Terrible Towels now in anticipation of all the crying he will do after Sunday. 8)
terrawombat
Even the Superbowl will be going "green" this year. Green Bay vs. Jets in the SB. Green Bay to win it all.

maddzz1
Since the Pats have been eliminated for failure to show up last week, I am now hoping green Bay will take the whole thing. Here is my reasoning: I hate Pittsburgh and the Jets and Chicago is just a boring team to watch. Pittsburgh vs Green Bay I think will be the best Super Bowl. HOrnbrod
The Pats showed up last week Jim; they just got their butts handed to them AT HOME by the Jets. I would have bet a week's pay last week on the Pats 'cause I'm a fan and consider them the best overall team in football. But looking at how the Jets wiped them out on both sides of the ball, I can't see them getting beat by either the Cheeseheads or Da Bears. That's IF the Jets can get by the Stillers and Rottenberger doesn't pull one out of his a$$ in the last twenty seconds again..........
mjeff87
haters gonna hate......you guys crack me up. Let the NFC bring their best (Bears or Pats, it don't matter) to play the Stillerz in the big game (Rothlesberger notwithstanding  ) My neighbor (Trinidadian) is a retired postal carrier from Brooklyn come-here...he came over to watch the Jets/Pats last weekend and was talking smack to me on my own couch, drinking my dang beer even. It's gonna be a fun weekend...between us we have 4 bottles of Trini rum for the weekend  Jeff edit: I can't resist ;) Many years from now, Tom Brady dies, and goes to heaven. When he gets there, he is greeted by God. God says to him; "Welcome to Heaven. Here is your house. You are very lucky, not many people up here get a house." Tom Brady walks into the small, traditional looking house and sees some Patriots dressings in the house, a lamp here, a towel there... nothing flashy. Tom looks out the window, and sees a neighboring house, a huge mansion with steelers terrible towels in every window! Painted black and gold! Huge flag pole with a steelers flag! Tom asks God; " God, I am not trying to be ungrateful, but I have won many super-bowls, championships, and had such a great QB record... Why does Roethlsberger get a much larger house than I??" God chuckles, and says; "Tom, that's MY house!"
HOrnbrod
Dayem Jeff, at least you could spell your homeboy's name right. It's Rapistberger, err, I mean Roethlisberger. I don't hate Pittsburg, used to actually like them in the NFC. Break out your terrible crying towels mate, you'll need them when the Jets finish up Sunday.
maddzz1
Yeah Don, The game last week reminded me of the SB against the Giants. Their O Line was unstoppable and ours was terrible and couldnt get any pressure. I think the Steelers will beat the Jets this week (remember, all 4 teams that are left have already been beat by the Pats earlier this year) and lose to the Packers in the SB (sorry Jeff). mjeff87
truth be told, I'm not a big "Ben" fan.....nor am I a Tomlin fan, either :shake: If I could stomach any team beating the Steelers, it would be the Jets. No, I'd be pizzed, but that club has been soooo close for too many years....they need their due. All in all, it's good to see some different teams (well, 'cept the Steelers LOL) in the finals the last couple of years. Parity has a way of doing that I suppose. Most/all of the final regular season and playoff games have been worth watching, I don't care who ya root for

I think the game might have been different if Belichick had not benched Welker. That seemed to set the tone of flatness for the whole team. truth be told, I'm not a big "Ben" fan.....nor am I a Tomlin fan, either :shake: If I could stomach any team beating the Steelers, it would be the Jets. Some great playoff games this year is true, which sometimes leads a boring one-sided Super Bowl. Hopefully this won't be the case.
maddzz1
This year was definately one of the stranger years in the NFL, especially if you play fantasy football. The parity in the league seems to become closer with every year. This year I think we STARTED to see the changing of the guard atleast to an extent. Alot of the bottom tier teams are moving up while alot of the middle tier teams have moved up to the top tier or fallen to the bottom tier. Also, the top tier teams have fallen to the middle tier. Its Bear hunting season next sunday! Lmao, that's the funniest thing I've read all day. I'm taking the Packers over the Bears. Rodgers is on fire since the concussion knocked some talent into him. Don't think the Bears can stop him. Taking my Steelers over the Jets. Mostly because I am biased and would say that Pittsburgh was the better team no matter what the situation, lol. But, in this case, (of course) I think the Steelers shut down New Yorks offense. It SHOULD be a low scoring game, but everybody figured that for the Steelers-Ravens game also. Steelers-Packers Super Bowl. Pittsburgh brings home number 7! Go Steelers!
mkbruin
I just feel sorry for all the bears fans who think that Cutler has the brain to take them to the promise land. Denial is a disease. -MK from Denver.
