  1. After 2 years of fighting overheating and going down multiple rabbit holes I decided to ditch the Novak radiator and replace it with a Champion Radiators 2 row crossflow XJ radiator with 3 Spal 30103057 10" fans. My overheating problems have now completely gone away. Driven about 400 miles on open road and in heavy traffic, driven hard and never went over 200F. Never had that happen before. I am so stinking happy!!
  2. There are plenty of aftermarket ones out there. Here is an example https://www.c2cfabrication.com/collections/jeep-cherokee-parts/products/1984-1996-jeep-cherokee-xj-series-fender-liner-lh
  3. I had to cut the back down a bit to shorten it because I had the roller tonneau cover in place. You won't have to do that. The decked bed just fits as it is 58.75" wide and the Comanche bed width is 60.5". (Not 56" as stated above). It leaves a gap of about 3/4" each side. I had to trim a small amount of the bottom of the cubby boxes due to the weird Comanche bedfloor.
  4. Sorry Pete. missed your message. No, I didn't see one.
  5. They used a semi clear semi hard sealant. It has a little flexibility when you dig your nail into it. When you shine a light inside the housing there appears to be no light leakage so they have a good water proof seal (unlike OEM!!) You can see a little squeezed out of this one side but it is not noticeable when installed. Nothing visible anywhere else.
  6. Are you doing passenger rear first then driver rear the passenger front then driver front? It is critical you bleed in that order, or you will never get the air out because of the way the proportioning valve works.
  7. KeyParts does it again. High quality full taillight assembly includes hardware. Comes with four spring nuts. 2 already fitted.
  8. Well I hope it is going on hold for good, positive reasons my friend.
  9. MJ windshields are a total nightmare for sure!!
  10. Yes you can use these fittings that convert hard lines to AN. You will need to cut the flare off. Use a male one end female the other. NPT Male Hard Line Adapter - Black - Aluminum | AN Plumbing
  11. They aren't shipping yet. Website says early June 2023
  12. Try Jeep Air but if I remember correctly this line is very hard to find.
  13. If you watch todays Matts offroad recovery video Connor's MJ is shown a lot.

  16. I am in awe at your research ability. You track down some really amazing parts. This build really sets the standard. Just incredible.
  17. I used a kit for a Toyota Tacoma DCD-MT6. It needs a bit of fanagaling and it is 1" narrower on each side but it works well. It also doesn't go right to the tailgate, but none of them do. The decked system is 68" long and 58" wide. The MJ bed is 73" long and 56" wide.
  18. I thought the Saginaw gearboxes were good for 1,400 psi. Usually it is the rack and pinion setups that need less PSI. I have a redhead gear saginaw gearbox driven by a corvette pump and haven't had any issues.
  19. Completely replaced. Tough to use it with the fiberglass hood.
