  1. http://www.phpbbgarage.com/ I think we deserve this on the forums!
  2. By far best prices on the pumps is at Rock Auto, ANCO Part # 6723. Have had very good parts results in both quality and price wise from them lately. under $15/each?not bad at all! I forgot, I need one motor, and the level switch thing.
  3. I need to get some pump motors and a few misc things. and get mine installed.
  4. We should get a whole archive of all the authentic Jeep commercials, and download them, I'd be glad to host them, and put my bandwidth to use... :D
  5. It better have a tire carrier and rear winch mount for that price!Sliders I would say are right on.
  6. Remember when the retarded Commander was in the design stages? Probably not, Hell, I didn't know, until I saw a commercial that it was "now at your local dealership". Well, thats what made an old friend of mine snap, and quit his job as the head or senior of design at Jeep. He didn't like the way that it was going, but all the designers did, so there were mis-agreements. He quit, and got a job here in Buffalo at Fisher Price, designing toys, making even more then Jeep offered for him to come back, and his kid even gets free day care at his work. Maybe thats why we have dumb @$$ designs now... I wish he still worked there....
  7. D60 w/king pin knuckles, high pinion, ARB air locker front, 14bolt center, 60 outers and shafts, spooled for the rear. 39.5" Super Swamper bias ply IROK's Custom built suspension, lot's of cutting, fuel tank in rear cargo area, I beleive he has a completely stock (besides air filter) powerplant. Regular ol' AW4 behind that, and a NP231 with I think an RE HD-SYE kit. You should see the faces on little kids when he cruises around in it. lol Not sure on the specs, and I am not sure where to find them, and sorry I didn't ask for more specs on those bodies...
  8. I believe Cherokee is doing this to his MJ using the doors off my junked 98XJ.
  9. Maybe after I begin the new job in a few weeks. Until then, I'm a no-go.
  10. He's trying to catch up with Wildman, don't ya know? :D One can never have too many Jeeps...
  11. Thats because IE brings on the suck! Get Firefox, you'll love it!
  12. Once you sort through the 50lbs of garbage to find the 1lb of goodness.
  13. It does look good.
  14. They are ghey in the fact that they are IFS (yes, I looked, and there's nothing solid there) They do still have 4wd, and some good stuff. Their wheelbase and gearing would be great offroad, and they are Cummins powered, however, the weight thy have sitting on the back end (the "block" on that work bed), would be useless offroad.
  15. Nope, sorry to tell you, but Jeep is actually an American company, once again. The Jeep site was updated not all too long ago (since the Cerberus buyout) and here is what is stated at the bottom, exact quote: Now, Chrysler LLC is the NEW Chrysler. Before it was known Daimler Chrysler Corporation. Since Jeep is a division is Chrysler LLC., that means it is still a Chrysler product, and not a Daimler product. With Jeep still under Chrysler that means we still get POS designs, like the new Liberty which will be replacing the Commander next year (its a baby commander, and the Commander isn't selling like hot cakes as Chryco had once hoped it would. My only thought of this, is the Liberty is now going to be seeing the toilet as well (the looks on the commander don't sell, the Libby's new looks won't either). I've only seen two of those ugly as sin Compasses roaming the streets, and maybe 15 total Patriot's. The JK's however seem to have a good foot, I've seen probably a few hundred already, and the numbers continually grow at a steady rate. I'm still waiting to see the 10th WK Grand Cherokee around. I see used WJ's and ZJ's heading off the lots faster than new or used WK's. the XK's don't seem to leave the lots either. and the 4dr JK's seem to be a better seller than the 2dr ones. This is all not opinion, but rather my findings from seeing fellow/enemy Jeeps on the streets, or at the dealer lots. Also, to get into the funny part of the who owns who thing in the auto world, if you had payed attention a few years back, Cerberus purchased the leading shares of GMAC Financial, essentially, General Motors' back end. Now, they also hold Chrysler Financial, meaning Hummer and Jeep are financially under one roof. Cerberus was also making an effort to purchase Land Rover, however, I have not heard the latest of the Land Rover purchase, so I'm not sure if they are still up for grabs, or if they have been purchased by Cerberus, or another buyer.
  16. OK, no actual contest, but... So, one of our local club officers made some calls, and got us a small area at the Niagara Air Show yesterday to help spread our local club name. One of our members, Jo, got the following pictures of us:
  17. At least I had a wet t-shirt day (not on me) happening at the air show yesterday. Wahoo for rain and cameras! I'll get my buddy's images up in another thread...
  18. No, they are not marked DOT. I have a brand new set sitting here that I just checked, because I haven't installed them on the YJ yet.
  19. Dammit! I see the words "wet t-shirt" and here, I'm thinking you'd have some hot chicks wrenching on your rig with soaked white shirts and skimpy shorts on... You let me down...
  20. I'll fix it...
  21. I have a party to attend in a little bit, so I'll do some more colors, and try to make better colors later.
  22. Take whatever the shop wants to give you, and be happy, it's free mass-power!
  23. can't view the images, permission denied. Welcome though, Beer's in the fridge, and you might now want to sit on the tan bench in the corner. ;)
