I have a set of the Rocky Road sliders on my blue truck. Plenty strong but i opted to have them welded on over using bolts likey theyre orgionally designed...

Technically with a build date of 8/93 it would make it a 1994 Ford Explorer ;)

I believe i have a full set of solid black rubber trim and i believe I have a set of the Black and chrome trim as well. Let me know if ya still need some, ill have to check next time in in the garage ;)

O2 sensor.....when it gets up to a certain temp and goes into closed loop a bad O2 sensor can cause all kinda of weird problems on these trucks.

You drove it 80 miles without a serpentine belt!? lol

Met an older couple @ the local Wendays last night with a nice LWB Pioneer, they picked my truck out and asked if I owned it. Had a nice 10-15 minute chat. Found out there son owns a few J trucks that are local and ive had my eye on for years as well. I always love sparking a conversation with strangers over Comanches, Always.

Leafs from the 4.5" XJ Pack.......sure it defiently wouldnt hurt. just remember an XJ AAL will give an MJ around half of the advertised lift ;)

Check your manifold bolts,...very likely a few have worked themselves loose

It has been a good while since i was in there......sorry, 3-4 qts sounds much more reasonable, lol

I'm a fan of the Flowtech Raptor mufflers myself, But wouldnt hesitate to go with any of the above ;)

IIRC A drain and refill takes about 5-7 qts. 2 Gallons of Dex/Merc should be plenty :thumbsup:
