**Update Added C-ROK Steering box plate and a new steering box Cut and moved the front fenders up nearly 2" trimmed back about 4"

A little paintshop work what do you think? I moved the fenders up and widened them.

Some updates

Cut the inside edge about 3" from the pinch weld and weld or bolt in tabs to keep them pushed out. I had a 1988 Ford Ranger Pre-runner years ago very common with those. Here's a good site for the how too Jason

Synergy 4.5" Front Coils and painted the grill black Synergy Suspension lower control arms. We like the oem bushing and the Johnny joint on the opposing side completely rebuildable. Scored a set of low mileage 35" BFG's on craiglist! Probably need to lift the rear more! Drove it to work today lots of little things to work on. Removed the old transmission Sunday that was fun at 102* Finally getting some parts Centerforce II clutch and everything we need to get this installed this weekend. Finally making progress! Repainting front grill etc Installed new Orfab front bumper,trimmed front fenders and est where it will sit with lift. Installing Synergy 4.5" Progressive front coils, On order tracbar and lower control arms

Just picked this up from Vegas last week. My daughters new Comanche project 2wd converting to 4wd and swapping out the trans for a AX-15 for reliability. The rear is a D35 so that's going to be replaced by a 8.25" and a D30 for the front. Our goal is 90% used parts and to keep the total cost under $5K.
