  1. Did you use a clutch alignment tool to center the disk on the flywheel? If you have fluid leaking you probably broke the slave. Buy a new one, not a used one.
  2. Slow month right before school lets out. He was playing games. Either way good luck Recruit. Tip for you. Do as you're told and do it fast.
  3. I used a piece of all thread and a couple nuts and washers inside the pocket to spread mine apart.
  4. That is a really cool truck. I would suggest you gusset those link mounts. With the forces they will see, in a truck that tall they will probably fail. Other that that I'm digging it. Totally different from the norm. Good work!
  5. It's because the D35 has really small tubes. They will bend with too much weight on them.
  6. That sticker says 215/75R15. There is just a wrinkle there.
  7. Eagle is spot on. Just because a "website" says it will fit doesn't mean it is factory installed.
  8. Yes Sir! Still have the louvers on the back window. I take them off only to clean them and the glass.
  9. I still have my 87 garnet&silver Shelby Charger. I bought it in 97 with 59K and it only has 71K on it right now.
  10. I hope someone in the Turbo Dodge community gets this car. There are a few different clubs devoted to the FWD Mopars and the L body specifically.
  11. Do you have the VIN?
  12. Pull the sprayer motor and hook a hot and ground to the battery. It's probably siezed up from someone using tap water.
  13. A narrow track is about 50.5" wide where your MJ 20 is almost 61". They won't work.
  14. I would pull a OBD-I XJ dash and engine harness and graft it to the engine. You would have to extend a couple injector wires to reach and swap out a few sensor plugs. The ECU from the 3.9 "should" plug right into the XJ wiring. Motor mounts will have to be a custom job. I don't think the ZJ V8 mounts will work with the shorter V6.
  15. What did you do about the BW fitment around the fuel filler door? Cut it out or move it back so it clears?
  16. Dirtbound is a member here. PM him and ask him to visit the thread to answer your questions.
  17. Other than XJ front shafts and the ZJ front shaft for lifted trucks I know of no others.
  18. Damn you Don!
  19. Those are 5x4.5 lug pattern. He does not know how to measure correctly. They'll fit an mj.
  20. I'm not complaining about your hoarding issue. I got a smoking deal on a SnugTop for my MJ from you!
  21. You are missing a few things for the fan circuit. That yellow wire running into the cab is not correct. The other end of the missing plug has been cut off the fan and ghetto rigged to run when the key is on. Read this article and correct it the way the factory has it run. http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/Cooling/Electric_Fan_Diagnosis.htm
  22. That's about right. It is not a $9K truck. Maybe a $4-$5K but that is pushing it.
  23. You may think it's fine but it's not. Drive a properly built rig on the highway and you will instantly feel the difference. You are also causing your transmission to generate more heat which is what kills them. I'm from the mind set if you are going to lift it, do it right the first time.
  24. and re-gearing the axles to pull them
