There should be a mark on the cam gear and on the crank gear and the marks line up together. If you drew a line directly through the center of the cam and crank, the marks would be on the line.
Bringing #1 piston to TDC does NOT mean you are on the compression stroke, the cam determines the compression or exhaust stroke.
What makes you think you 'jumped time'?
My lights and fan are powered through relays at the battery, not the fuse block.
The heater fan is powered at the fuse block.
The gauge is reading the load on the fuse block, that's it, nothing more, as to the cause of fluctuation.

My concern with 16" up wheels is the cost of tires, looks like an additional $100 per tire at least.
As it is.......I'm at $8-900 with tax and install locally for BFG 32s, or I'll be in the $12-1400 range for up size.
The goal is to get rid of the Coopers and to stuff as much tire in the hole as possible, I like a full wheel well.
If you like those, get some Moabs from a TJ Rubicon, they'll bolt right on. Paint them black to match those.
@ $105 shipped, it ain't worth the effort, plus these are powder coated.
