  1. I'd try to drain it and get out as much as I could before I refilled it. 8)
  2. I'm wanting to try one TSC has that's similar, it's only around $85. A friend of mines wants one, maybe I can talk him into buying it and just using his. :D 8)
  3. You buy'em and I'll fit'em under my MJ I promise. :D 8)
  4. Good lord, I guess the 49" Irok wasn't enough. 8)
  5. Man that Geo is kewl as hell! I agree with the XJ tires, he needed better tires. But at least his Jeep runs and drives, mines still not even 4wd yet. 8)
  6. I thought about that, but I'm afraid of hanging it on a rock. I still might do it, but I wannna get exhaust on it first so I know where to route it.
  7. I've thought about putting the radiator in the bed too, but I'm not quite sure how to plumb it unless I went thru the cab. If you do it I'd be interested in a write up on it. 8)
  8. Sounds like a good plan. Gonna bob the bed too? 8)
  9. When I did my V8 swap I cut out all the wires I didn't need, the ones I had left I ran along the firewall like it should have been to start with. If you want I'll take a pic of it and post it up tomorrow. As far as cutting out the inner fenders I've been wanting to do that to mine, but I've been a bit nervous to do it. If I do decide to do it, I'm taking it all out all the way to the fire wall. That way I can attempt headers. I'll also make some kind of hoop brace that goes thru the firewall and will tie into the cage once I get that far. 8)
  10. It's kinda funny you mention Yellowstone becuase I watched a fictional movie on Discovery channel just a couple days ago about the magma under Yellowstone and how dangerous it is and how much trouble we'd all be in if it erupted. Glad to hear you had fun though. 8)
  11. You must have discussed it before I came to the board, I don't remember it. IIRC a friend of mine took this pic at the jamboree in Indy 2 or 3 years ago. I think it's still an awesome looking MJ. 8)
  12. I originally was gonna do something similar with 5" channel, but I think I'm gonna go more like a pre-runner style now. Just depends on if I get a bender or not. 8)
  13. I use someone else's computer, so I can't change the wall paper much. At one point this is what I had set up for wall paper though, it's also the wall paper on my cell phone. 8)
  14. Well hell, they ran the damn thing up higher than I wanna pay on Ebay. Guess I won't be making bumpers as soon as I wanted. :headpop: 8)
  15. If things go as planned I'll have a tubing bender next week and I'll start playing with it to make me some bumpers. If I do I'll post up some pics. 8)
  16. I don't know about being funny. About 10 years ago when I was still married I gave in to my wife and scrapped 2 CJ-5's and a 72 Comando because she didn't like them. She too is now long gone thank god. No woman will ever come between me and my Jeep (or Jeeps) again. :headpop: 8)
  17. Definetly sounds like a throw out bearing to me. I knew a guy who went thru like 3 or 4 clutch kits before he got a good throw out bearing. Quality control has really gone down hill. 8)
  18. Yeah i don't wear white much either. I vote maybe a light grey and black. 8)
  19. I agree. 8)
  20. I'm not sure either, but I got one that's I think an 18 gallon that someone can have. It's just a bare tank though. 8)
  21. AMEN!!! Sorry, I couldn't resist. :D 8)
  22. Yup. And some are bigger than others and some stink. :D 8)
  23. Looks like a good time to me. 8)
  24. I agree. Sentimental value can never be replaced. Also I think lifting the front (or just lowering the rear) is called a bordo slam. At least that's what a guy I know calls it. 8)
  25. Keep up the good work.  8)
