Don't know about the poop, but isn't that a long black console. If it wasn't all smashed it would be worth pulling. you want a long black console? Tradej'a mine for a black bench seat :D -

Kenosha Warrior replied to knightrider's topic in Member Projects: Your Comanches
'member. Thats AW-4 lore only. His is an '86 so its sporting a Chryco TF904 auto I feel the need to say 3.73's as the ratio, but don't quote me. -
1.09/L +/- in the cities 1.04/L +/- on the reserves. (indian reserves up here in the southern part of the provinces sell gas and have large strips of stores and such with no tax) FINALLLLLLY!

I know ECU's "nearly" never go bad, BUT...
Kenosha Warrior replied to BLHTAZ's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Man, $180 is pricey. If you can wait, get the #'s of your ECU and toss a line to Wildman and get one of his. -

as I started reading this thread, I had a feeling the last page would be something completely along the lines of what the MJ has become, or the Dodge being unholy-ly unified with the XJ. -
heats up... sputters... dead
Kenosha Warrior replied to MJ.rusty's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Yeah, my XJ always did this. The pump was getting cranky and after about an hr of highway/city cruizin' it would run like Id forgot to feed it. sold it before I ever figured out the problem -
Not just Americans, worth everyones time. War is war and the heroes who never return are mourned not by one but by all. good story though, thanks for sharing Jeff. :D

Weird cluster problem
Kenosha Warrior replied to Akula69's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Make damnsure the plug in the right fenderwell beside the air cleaner box is plugged in, I had the same issue, as well as whacky headlights, that was the culprit, along with, as Eagle stated, bad front turn signal sockets. Wanna make it easy? If you have the time, hit a few JY's and steal the ENTIRE harness from the headerpanel, its one big unit that has the main plug between the airbox and inner fender, check the sockets and if they're good, then grab it, saves hacking and splicing. -

Help - Electrical/starting
Kenosha Warrior replied to The_Slow_Norris's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
No. Not on the old ones. Neutral on the transfer case disengages the transmission from the transfer case, but it locks the front and rear drive shafts. If they try to tow it like that with the front wheels on the arms and the rear wheels on the ground -- it'll get interesting in a hurry. For a short tow leave it in 2WD. For a long tow, have them use a flatbed. slightly offtopic, I did a flat-drag with my newest MJ in T-case-Neutral and the trans in park, should I be lookin' for aother AW-4 or am I still cool? No weird noises during the tow? -
I saw that two :brows:

Ill trade you MJ buckets for a bench seat? These seats are minter than mint. Grey.

Ah, thanks for the tips. I'm going to attempt it with the tank in the truck still, Ill have an extra set of hands to keep stuff steady. If that fails, then Ill drop the tank, -
Wow, 2 years gone since I joined here and owned my first one, now I'm dragging the second MJ home.
