my 231 had a whine in 4 low, all the other settings where silent.

the cap on my original clutch said to use DOT 3 only. however if it leaks "and it will" it will drip onto your fuse box and cause problems. you can flush it out and use DOT 5. at least then if it leaks onto the fuse box nothing melts

I am there so much the people know me what Jeeps i drive and I even get discounts most of the time

fixed dads engine problem, one of the injector connections where disconnected somehow. changed the speedometer gear in dads MJ so the speedometer works with the new rear axle. and about to wash the MJs

how do you like the Beretta bobcat .22, i was looking at one while i was at Pass Pro the other day.

Dad's MJ was in the shop last week to get a new steering box and an alignment. when we got it back the engine started running rough. when it idles it shakes the jeep as well as when load is applied it will start shaking more. there is a more pronounced knock coming from the engine now as well. we replaced the spark plugs, the spark wires are new as well. the jeep is an auto. it smooths out some while at around a constant rpm of 2200 - 2500. the knock sounds like it is in the front of the block, if that helps any. what would be the likely cause? thanks Jeff nO2YIPnWmsc

I carry a Sig P229 in .357 Sig keep the 870 by the bed and hunt snakes with the 10/22 and looking to buy a Glock 23 in .40 cal. or i might just buy a .40 cal barrel for my P229... IDK yet

replaced the door latch in dads MJ, removed the front axle from the XJ donor. power washed the axle, poped the cover off drained the fluid, cleaned it with brake cleaner, inspected the gears (looked good) refill and re sealed the diff. found out that if you leave the control arms and springs on the front axle it makes a cheap axle inspection stand

i dislike most all tv shows now. the history and discovery channels where good channels a few years back but are turning into crap now.. i will watch USA when something good comes on... usually nothing is on but a marathon of IRT or similar on history, marathon of American chopper on discovery, marathon of law and order on USA, and a marathon of CSI or similar on spike, all at the same time so the only thing to watch? the weather channel on mute.. I don't watch any of the ESPN channels, not that i don't like sports, but because of the constant yelling, shouting, and fussing of the "debate team" IDK what their show is called but is seemes to go on all day every day and no actual sports are shown.. all i know is when i get home from work (i work at a gym) i have a throbbing headache from listening to their babble all freaking day... all the shows i watch are i record on my DVR or watch on netflix some shows i watch with the family are, Doctor Who?, Leverage, Psych, Burn Notice, and Eureka. Good shows that are fairly clean, good story, funny, and so on. my room mate got me watching Hawaii 5.0, Alaskan State Troopers, NY-22, Chicago Code.. Catch the theme there? :roll: other favorites (yes i like SciFi) Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis, Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, Merlin, Camelot, Robin Hood (I can't remember for sure but i think it was a BBC production), Legend of the Seeker (the whoever directed the TV show BUTCHERED the story line and was nothing like the Books it was written after :headpop: and thats why they only lasted 2 seasons. if they did a book per season then they would have had 11 or 12 good seasons and if you include the last few books by Terry Goodkind then you could add the "Law of Nine" as a spin off mini series.. however it was still a ok tv show that i watched only because the books where awesome) just started the walking dead, i was told it was a good tv show so i am giving it a shot, and i never could get into "Lost" or "24" like some others have. :dunno: I now listen to more audio Books than i watch TV, i get most of them from my uncle. I guess i like them because i can be working on something and listen to it and not really miss anything. I just started the Rouge Angle books by Graphic Audio. the books are based off of a character mix between Indiana Jones and tomb raider. the Books by Grabhic Audio are cool because un like some other books that only have one person reading them, they are fully dramatized, each character has a narrator and so on.. the best way to put is is like their catch phrase or what ever "A movie for your mind".. at any rate I listen to them in the car because local radio sucks, and so does AT&T, sometimes i can't even listen to Pandora if i wanted too.

sounds like a good deal but the 1500+ mile drive to get the trailer would be too much for me right now

Stock setup. Quiet = good. Obnoxious = bad. :agree: however i would like mine to sound a little deeper, like the V8 in my grand cherokee but still be just as quiet as the stock setup

my local Uhaul i have rented car hauler trailers from has just stopped renting trailers all together! and all the others currently don't have what i need as well. so much for getting 2 ATVs this weekend :( so now i am on a quest to trade my CJ-5 for a good car trailer... :idea: with brakes! wish me luck i feel i will need it.

well I hate AT&T now. ever sense they dropped my unlimited Data plan i have been having problems with my data usage. about a month before I upgraded to the iPhone 4 my 3GS started slowing down to near useless data speeds, so because I wanted the 4 any way i upgraded.. that phone was grate I never had any issues with it, but someone stole moms iPhone 4 and i gave mine to her so she would still have an iPhone. and that's when i got my first Droid phone, the 3D was cool but everything from the phone it self, data, and cell usage in general sucked. after 2 months of that all i wanted to do was put the stupid thing in a blender. Dad let me use his upgrade to get the iPhone 4s and at first it was grate but lately my data has slowed to near useless again, i currently have the 5 gig tethering plan, and have used about 120 Mb of data this month because of the slow speeds, and i shouldn't be throttled by AT&T. well i spent the last 30+ min on the phone with several of their customer service and tech support, and all they are telling me is i need to upgrade the iOS on my phone from 5.0.1 to 5.1, that's a load of BS. My parents, my sister, my roommate, and my grandparents are all using the latest iOS and are having just as many issues or more than i am. that's 1 iPhone 4s, 3 iPhone 4, and 2 iPhone 3GS that are all to the latest iOS. and still having issues. the AT&T rep said that there are no problems reported in our area, and the "Map" shows we have great coverage. what are the odds of 7 current phones, and several we have previously owned all being "defective" or "out of date" when first bought new, or just released. and still have all these problems. :rant: :rant: other Companies i hate :fs1: Comcast :fs1: "apparently my area has the Worst customer service rating in the country" - Comcast installer Mediacom :thwak: they don't know how to use a measuring tape, i am apparently 800 feet from the tap.. i went out an measured it my self.. the longest rout was 500 feet. I am the only house on the street that is "not serviceable" end of rant :mad: :fs1: :headpop:

i have been having slow to no loading issues as well... on my laptop, at work, at home, and at my parents house. and on my desktops at the house and work. sometimes it does slow down a lot and sometimes it does not load at all, but most of the time it works fine. and there are no internet filters on any of the networks i use, as that is how i have them set :D

the jack stands where on concrete pads, not directly on the grass. i tried ratchet straps when i did the LCA on my Comanche it worked but it was a pita

How much did you get? $200, some local repair shop bought it.
