Damn, i just saw read the first post and it started in 09' i was dying to see the pictures since so much time had passed :( i love that front end and the louvers in the header panel, be nice to have some up close pictures. how bout you pass out that email address. the squeaky wheel gets the grease

shortbed diesel :thumbsup: my dad has an 04 4dr longbed 6sp. offroad the manual is nice but in the city its a PITA, frequent shifting with that close ratio (starting in 2nd) and the throw is so long, i get irritated driving it. he put on 4" exhaust and the edge jucie with attuitude and really gave it some balls

nice step by step write up, I'm thinking about gettin the no-slip for my 8.25. i didnt notice and shims in the rear, have you checked gear mesh?

lol yup there nice to have. i broke 2 crapsman breaker bars like that getting off my axle nut, I'm not set up with air yet

i did that same swap, mine werent TIGHT but they weren loose either. if i rember right the backing plate is just a dust shield, so slip fit will be fine. the caliper bracket is the important one. i have an aussie in the rear of my zj and like it. rarely chirps when i turn real tight, but its a noticable clicking when turning, no biggie to me. I'm sure you know this but make sure you have a open diff, it won't fit in the limited slip carrier

i havent been to the dentist since i graduated hs 6 years ago. figured id go in and get a good cleaning. got poked a few times with the pic but nothing to discomfurting. she said my gums might hurt a little later, she was right. my gums hurts soo bad i can't hardly chew a gummy bear lol i hate goin to the darn dentist
