I'm just going off of what i was told when i first started doin mine a couple years ago. have u made sure there arnt any bubbles in that upper rad. hose since its higher then the cap on the rad?

I'm thinkin a 3 core 4.0 rad should be enough to cool it. that thing is sexy tho your water pump may be pumping to much for that small of a radiator.

its pricey, but those "painless" kits are a pain in the @$$! u can never put hte wires were u want them coming out a the fuse block as there prewired in it. looks good.

id use loctite if its not a flare fitting. if its a flare, anti seize will be fine. remeber tho, anti seize makes it so u can take it out easliy again with out galling the threads, loc tite makes it never wana come out again. lol.

as long as its dirt/scale free, POR-15 will stick. i know por 15 sells em, hobby stores might to. http://www.por15.com/DAUBER-KIT/productinfo/DK/ basically a pipe cleaner with a big end.
