  1. I listed the part numbers of the three main vac lines you need, search any auto parts site. They are very simple to install. The last one would be the MAP line, do what has been posted, buy bulk vac line and replace it.This is what the 003 & 004 parts look like: And on the engine:
  2. The three vacuum harness lines are Dorman PN 46003, 46004 and 46005.
  3. You are correct, the front clips into a hole in the compressor and the rear is a bolt/nut.

  9. The TPS is basically a potentiometer, as the throttle opens it sweeps the TPS which adjusts voltage. As it moves the voltage should change, I had one where during a portion of the sweep the voltage did not change and then abruptly changed, that's what I call a dead spot.

  24. Where did you find your #2 connector? Mine is in the front below the radiator and runs to the passenger side.
