    No rattling on any, and I forgot to mention the one on my 89 is broken. But it seems to me it is a good idea so the pipe doesn't move relative to the manifold.

    I had an issue with the fuel pump working intermittently, turned out to be the harness connector up by the front driver side kick panel being loose.

    My '90 with the AX15 does not have it and I've had it since new, my '89 with the AW4 has it and my '88 with the BA10/5 does not have it, but I don't know if it was removed.

    A woman at my work said the same about the poor visibility. New plan, I'll steer her towards the JKU, it too comes in orange.

    Figure 19 is the slave cylinder for the AX4 that you have, it shows the bleed screw. Figure 30 is for the AX15.

    Is yours a 2.5L, mine are 4.0L with the AX15. Sorry don't know anything about that transmission.

    No bleed screw? It should be right above the hydraulic clutch line that runs into the back of the bell housing. In the picture below it's just above the curved hard line, middle left looking from the back. This is on a 2wd but 4x4 is the same.

    Nice job, looks good! The nice thing about bucket seats is the truck qualifies as a carpool if you have two occupants regardless of the carpool minimum occupancy requirement. Here that also means half the bridge toll.

    If you're talking about the one that goes to the fuse box, there's a hex head bolt in the center on the engine bay side that must be removed, maybe 10mm? I don't remember.
