    birthday plans

Happy b day  How old are you now? Brandon
  2. No but you could toss a ford ranger step side bed on it. Its been done before. Ill look for the link. Brandon Edit: got it http://comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14889
  3. don't re use u bolts go get new U bolts at a auto parts store. Also this is a dana 35 out of an MJ right? Cuz remember an xj dana 35 will need new perches. Brandon
  4. Use Grand Cherokee V8 coil springs with an extra set of oem isolators instead. You'll get a flexier -and- smoother ride with the same relative lift from these coil springs. also 2" coil spacers. Out back go with some 2" shackles from auto zone and an AAL. that would be a nice small lift. Have you thought about trimming up your fender flairs? That gives an optical illusion that your MJ is higher then it is. Brandon
  5. Got it  just hopes it works out Brandon
  6. Yeah great job man :clapping: Not bad at all for your first shot. But you should put your hair in a pony tail next time, long hair :ack: Brandon

Or chevy what ever Ive just always enjoyed ford more then any otheres. I was looking into getting a ford truck when I found my comanche. Glad I picked jeep :D Brandon
  8. Mud trucks do this all the time down here and it works great. I would think that two manual pumps would be better but :dunno: Brandon
  9. Yeah high price for good quality. Sorry I didnt get you that link earlyer been busy with stuff... http://www.hellcreeksuspensions.com I can't link the right page tho so this is just to there main sight. Better late then never Brandon
  10. I would think so :dunno: Brandon
  11. :agree: and Hells creek sells new metric ton springs. It may also give a stock MJ a bit of a lift in the back. Brandon
  12. Whats with them running boards? Ive seen them on so many trucks (even mine when I 1st got it) :dunno: Brandon

    orange MJ

Yeah I got they were 97+ xj lights I just wonder how they made them work. Did they use fiber glass or what? I like the look and the fact that if you mess up a tail light you can go to almost any JY and get a new one. Very cool truck wish we had more info on her. Brandon
  18. Thanks for this ill be saving it to my book marks. I know that Ive already extended my rear end vent hose into the bed up by my tool box and this was going to be my next project. Thanks for the info Brandon
  19. If they are new leafs then they will lower a bit after riding around with stuff in the bed. Or if you want the springs to go down faster then put a 4 wheeler in your bed for a few days. But I don't think you need to make the front any higher since the back will lower over time. Brandon

    Osama is Dead.

Thank god! I'm waiting to hear from president Obama hes late. Brandon
  22. Congrats! Very nice build so far Brandon
  23. noticed any difference after replace to ceramic? Maybe a bit I'm not sure, not even close to as much of a difference as having the disk brakes in the rear instead of drums. I did it not so much to make more braking power (which I'm sure it did) but so that the pads would last a lot longer and not put out so much brake dust :ack: Do I think its worth it? Yes! I will also be doing this the to front pads when they need new pads also. Brandon
  24. Water only where's 8.35 lbs per gal. It looks like a long bed so what thats a 8' bed? Thats not even 6,000 pounds of water (8' long, 6' wide and 2' high). And all full sized trucks are made to be more like trucks, haul more and tow more then mid sized trucks, so I don't think that filling up the bed with water would be that bad on the suspension. Thats just the math, I also have had experience with this at least once a summer since I was a small kid and ive never heard of it being to much of a load for a truck to handle. Which by the way its amazing last time my buddy had a water jet in his :D Brandon
