  1. Yeah and ive tested the "new" speakers and they still work just no sound going to them. The head unit stayed on the whole time. So maybe it's just not pumping any sound? Any thoughts will be helpful b4 I go and pull the Dash and HU. Thanks Brandon
  2. More pics (I really need to update my build page  Brandon

  4. I think that by putting in the Ford 8.8 rear end with the yoke adapter has made it to where I havent had any drive shaft problems up to now. But yeah if I did do the SOA with either stock springs (getting something like 6" from what ya'll have said and ive heard form the past) or doing it with the hellscreek springs (getting any where from 10-12") then I'm sure I would need a new drive shaft made. But ill cross that bridge when I get there, there is a good drive shaft shop near here. Thanks again for all of the info ill be looking into it a bit more and ill come up with something soon. Brandon
  5. I'm sorry but at least you have extras now :wrench: Brandon
  6. Yesterday I installed two 130 watt pioneer speakers that I scored from a junk yard, and they sounded amazing but then today I was rockin out while I was driving and the radio just went out :dunno: Well let me rephrase that, the radio was still playing but all speakers stopped playing music. I tried to turn it on and off but nothing, so when I checked the fuses they were all good so i took off one of the door panels. So I took a power probe and checked the ground and power to the "new" door speaker and its getting power just no sound? Any thought? Maybe the "new" speakers shorted something out? Any thing will be helpfull thanks Brandon
  7. Ok well they looked stock not aftermarket, so they must have been put in a long time ago. Well either way replaced them with 130 watt pioneer speakers I got from a Junk yard the other day Thanks Brandon
  8. Alright yeah my old leafs were DEAD, like with the AAL, and 2" RC shackles I only got about an inch of lift out back. So it sounds like what Tom was telling me I just wanted other opions . Either sounds like a great project for next summer or I need to get a original pair of MT leafs and so an SOA that way. Thank y'all very much I'll keep my mind open. Thanks again Brandon
  9. So I would like to go a bit higher then I am now and I was thinking about doing an SOA in the rear since its cheep and I need to change my pinion angle any ways. But here’s where the problem come in, out back right now I already have hellcreek 4.5" leaf springs with rough country 2" shackles, how would this afect the net lift I would get by doing an SOA? And what all would needed to be done up front? i was thinking adjustable lowers and uppers, sway bar discos, and a 2" coil spacers up front? Maybe longer shocks but I'm not sure :dunno: any thoughts would help, thank you Brandon

  21. Yeah but the touch ups look like crap. And after awhile as it starts to fade then the touch ups become even more clear... Brandon
  22. If yu do I would advise you to not use a DYI kit like hurculiner. Pay the $ and have a place that does spary on bed liner do it for you like rinno liner. You will save in the long run and I'm sure it would look 10x better. Brandon
  23. You would in better condition to do a high out put 4.0 swap in and put a turbo on it. Most likely cheaper and less work then trying to put in a V8. That would be fun... Brandon
  24. And this is why I have road hazard on my tires Brandon
