I'm now wheeling a Kymco mongoose 70cc atv. i bought it for my brothers kids for 200 bucks with the carb acting up. i basically just cleaned it up a bit and runs like a charm. ive been beating down on it all day (though i shouldnt), hill climbs, mud, rock pile, ditches, jumps you name it. so far its been doing good. id buy another if the price was right

i don't agree with any of those things. i don't want someone or company taking pictures of my property. no privacy anymore. kind of like the goverment using drones to spy on americans. technology will be the death of us all...

awesome on the shock tabs, i just bought the same ones to install. seems like they worked out good.

I'm still on the fence about them. its like one side of the tire is ready to play but the other side is halfassed ready. i can just see that A/T looking patch black lining looking for traction as where the rest would of just grabbed. but ive heard nothing but good about them as well sooo....

i think ive seen several other videos of this MJ. one at the golden crack seems to come to mind first...

i just ordered several seals and parts from them for a work truck. had them in two days since they ship out of TN. I also ordered various parts for the MJ through them and saved a good chunk of money (bearings, ball joints etc etc) great prices, great products.

geeze he's going all out. thats a guy in my local jeep club. he had a new motor/tranny/ trans case, front axle, basicly everything to swap in for 4x4 and newer driveline but didnt realize how much work swapping new harness in would be

I see the double ee on there all the time. I guess their thinking Cherokee when they spell it. What still gets me and just happened to me yesterday, is people calling it a toyota! Its more of a "in person" thing than a internet thing. I just don't get how you can ignore the obvious jeep front end and the huge word JEEP on the tailgate. All I can come up with is they don't know Jeep made a pickup but Toyota did. So they run with it...

i throw a can of restore all in at every oil change (delo 400). it took out some of the ticking almost immediately. It did wonders in my old 97 maxima.

Looks like one of my bushings took a dump on the run last weekend. Looking to replace it. Probably even upgrade if I can. What cha got? Go! :smart:

thanks for the info but really id just like to bypass the pulley all together. I'm going to measure the route today and see if my local parts house has a belt in that size. if not, ill probably hit up a pull-a-part for a JY replacement. is the unit easy to replace? doesnt seem too hard. will any year XJ work? seems like it should

Has anyone here had their fan clutch bearing go out? yes the bearing that the fan clutch attaches to. It seems that its a dealer only or JY part. So since I ditched the fan clutch i don't really need that pulley there. Has anyone figured out a shorter belt to bypass it?

fans installed and getting wired up tomorrow. if you buy this kit, its not as easy as the online directions make it out to be. it was a royal pain. here's hoping it was worth it. also broke down and put the bed back on. i need the storage space for spare parts for the upcoming trip. plus the tube bed fund got bled dry before the MJ could make it in :dunno:
