My fav has to be the A10. :bowdown: It just sounds incredible when it lets the gun loose. Every time i hear it i get chills. Plus they seem to move around with ease. And the greatest of all is its not LOUD. After being stationed At a base with F16s so long they start getting aggrivating cause when they launch its so loud you can't talk and when I'm teaching chemical warfare they seem to launch more then ever And i have to stop until they are done. I don't really know what they were from. My dad had a huge pile of chevy leaves and some misc in the yard and i found some that matched up really well and gave me a tad of lift plus were thinner so they flex alittle better. I had to cut the ends off of them but they ride great i used the ones from up there to replace a few in the middle. Wish i knew what they were for so i could find some more thin ones to add for the other leaves i didnt change. Cole

You need to either trim alot and do about 7" or go to about 8-9" lift. I have a bastard pack SOA rear and 7 3/4" front lift and alot of trimming to clear and fully stuff My BFG 35s. Your looking to be pretty high or cutting alot up front. Cole

Spring perches not wide enough for your MJ. Thats the main issue another is the gearing matching your front one. Cole

WTF are they serious... :mad: :headpop: I think we should petition this. Am i going to have to find a new brand of auto. This sucks horribly and cdx has pushed there limits with Jeep. Do they realized if there MPG went down on there whole line of vehicles sales would go up. Also if they spent more time on durability then they would go up. Thats why the big3 are falluing to there knees nad toyo and honda and the other rice burners are rising to the top without a problem. Quit making new types and refine what you have to be a better seller. Soon fords 5 SUVs will no longer be made cause ford will go under since only 1or 2 of the 5 gets good gas mileage. Now if a 2-door wrangler came with a cummins and 33s stock :cheers: And i stopped by the dealership tonight and he ask me what i thought and i told him the Nitro should have been a Jeep insteed of the CompASS And Comandturd but he said that it had 355 hp with a 4.0 V6 and i told him he was wrong that it only had 260. ;) I think its pretty bad when your own sellsmen don't know as much about a brand new vehicle on there lot then someone off the street that has only seen it once. Then I ask the crazy question of what trans and transfer case and if it was straight axle and i got "so what is straight axle" :oops: CDX is destroying jeep and there name. Ok so i think CDX screwed up again and some of you may agree. I was driving home today and seen a SUV at the dodge stealership i didnt reconized so i flipped around to look closer. When i pulled up to it i liked it alot but something was wrong.....I then realized what my mind was thinking. The Dodge NITRO has more of a jeep look then any of the new jeep models but its a DODGE!!!! I think this would have made a great jeep maybe even a new XJ but what do I know. Except the big fenders :roll: Tell me what you think of it. I swear if it was straight axle and wore jeep badges It would be great to own. Link on fender cutting thought migh be useful for you guys that keep it clean and pretty but still want to cut for tire clearance. Also couple other homebrews. You got it, you must be from these here hills to know that! 8) I ride my bike up Ceasars Head to Brevard quite a bit. We lived in Asheville before we moved here. The MJ I just picked up is from Asheville. I'm down for a Tellico run in the spring...of course y'all will have to see my Cherokee. We have one in the oven, due soon, so I'm sittin' back at the house for a spell. Getting some things ready for Tellico and Callallantee in the spring. We have an FSJ event every June at Uwharrie also. Some guys in our FSJ club are going to Callallantee, Tenn. the weekend of the 28th of October. If you're down for some hardcore wheeling, there will be some going on. I've never been to Gray Rock but hear it's worth the drive. I got an AX-5 from a V6 xj and put my AX4 bellhousing on it and it bolted up but the trabsfer case from the ax5 also had to be used cause the output and input shaft lengths. I have a write up i can scan of me doing it cause i done this for my Senior project in high school and wrote a paper on the history of jeep. ;) Cole

I know on my 87 the vac lines came unhooked and the light will still come on. :roll: So you may have a switch or something in the linkage off. Cole

Ok I should be recieving the Disk I bought off ebay any day now so i have a favor to ask of the super genious manche guys. I was thinking of posting it up so that you could read through it and make any corrections and make it some kind of FAQ or reference for tech stuff.
