well here's how I did my headliner ( I have been debating writing it up in diy) but pretty much I got my old headliner fiber board and took some 80 grit sandpaper and I got all the old crusty stuff off. then for the mouse holes and the broken parts I templated out some cardboard and used some duck tape to tap it on. the tape didnt stick very well so I used some 3m upholstery adhesive to stic it on. then I too the same adhesive and sprayed my entire headliner just to kinda "bind" it all together so the headliner board didn't become deattached from itsef, I let that dry completly for an hour so it became deactive. then I laid my headliner fabric I got from sms auto fabric (it's 85$ a yard but you only need a yard and matches the interior great) then lay it over your headliner and fold one half over then spray glue over about a 1 foot section (I used 2 coats just for more stickyness) then after 5 to 10 minutes once it is very tacky not wet or dry fold it over gently and press firmly. rinse repeat. then cut a couple inches away from the board flip your headliner and glue and fold it around. don't forget to add the holes for the visors. you cut the headliner in the middle and fold. let me know if you have any questions hope this helped. the comanche bit is just some 1/4 foam core I cut out but the idea is the same. I havent taken any pics of it done yet
