I have bought two "blown up" knocking 4.0 XJ's then took them home and replaced the backed out flex plate bolts to fix the knock before flipping them

Check a site like tirerack.com for the true specs of the tires that you want. The same size can vary by nearly an inch from make to make.

Hornbrod 265/75/16 is 32x10.5 but you would need 16" rims. I used Kj rims

Thanks for the pic. I emailed them and I am awaiting an answer. Yes there are nicer bumpers out there but this fits the budget. To build a similar one would have been $135 in materials + the fab or purchase of better bumper mounts as I do not want to use the Fey ones that I have now.

I love that hood. The four grab handles were apparently part of the package. I had to put mine above the roll bar as I kept hitting it. The 5'2" opposite sex domestic partner appreciates them though. I missed out on one with the max tow package and 3.73's as it was already sold. This one has the standard tow pack with the hitch and wiring but 3.21's. The 6-speed stick seems to help the 3.21's out some over the 3.21 auto I drove.

Does anyone have any off-road experience with Nate's bumper? It looks like it may leave the corner's pretty exposed. Does any have the 2" wider version? Thanks

I know why the Hornbrod's are replacing theirs with another one. I had to set the MSRP bar a little lower for mine so it is not as sweet as theirs.

Adjustable length uppers change geometry. Longer lowers change geometry. Rotating axle end mounting points via adjustable uppers change geometry. ;) I double post like crazy on here.
