Started patching holes today. Both wheel wells have definitely seen better days. The drivers side is the worst by far. You could see daylight through it. It also sprayed the back window of it was wet out. I was really afraid it might throw a rock through it. I don't drive allot of grave but my mom lives a couple miles on gravel. It's not perfect but any means but there's no hole. I ran out of gas for the welder and time do it will do for now.

After you working on an MJ our a XJ? That kit is XJ only. What skill level you have is a definite factor in this kind of lift. If you have the time, tools, and place to do it are also large factors.

I fully understand. Both of mine were death wobble as in lots of curse words and brake pedal though the floor board. And the passenger possibly needing fresh underwear. All the customer vehicles that I have had to drive were a vibration felt in the steering wheel. Trying to explain the difference to most customers is pointless though. Had a 1 ton Dodge in today that got a pretty good shimmy over 55. It's was easily manageable by a slight increase our decrease in speed. Steering stabilizer and track bar fixed it.

Have you pulled the vacuum line of the fuel pressure regulator to see if it's leaking?

My total of 2 real experiences with death wobble were both Cooper tires. I have drove multiple customer vehicles that they said had death wobble. None of them were that bad in my eyes. Most were a tire problem and one was a steering damper. Road force balancing a tire is the end all for showing a bad tire.

Routine maintenance on what started as a project and is still a project is awesome. Changed my oil today and reached I enjoyed doing it instead of dreading it. Yeahy to a lifted truck no jack required. I only say this beacuse I dread changing the oil in my WK. I love that Wix filters are white no need for an oil change reminder. Hooked up the scanner to just double check everything was working correctly.

I could tell no difference when I did mine.
