There's a duct that runs under the console, it has a different defuser and will duct air to the rear

You can cut the console, the black thing is just held on by two screws. The other option would be to set up the air duct. I just bent the console around the defuser but might cut it to fit better.

Glad to hear you made it out fairly unharmed, sucks you can't drive, but it could have been much worse. Hoping the answers come soon.

Why not move the fan switch to another location? When do the fans kick on now? Also, what is it running at when moving?

How is your harmonic balancer? There is no way to route the belts to ride where you want them to be on the pulleys
