  1. So when you jumped the fuel pump at the fuel pump relay block you got fuel pressure, but still had a NO START condition?
  2. Did you jumper the fuel pump at the fuel pump relay block? Pin C216_1(30) to C216_4(87). Use a fused jumper.

  7. The ECU controls the Fuel Pump using the Fuel Pump Relay. At KEY ON the ECU will ground the fuel pump relay (coil) which will turn the fuel pump ON. If the ECU fails to see the CRANK signal within 2-3 seconds, the ECU will turn the fuel pump relay OFF thereby shutting the fuel pump OFF.
  8. Relays are located on the right side of the engine compartment. Can't find a photo. Need some help here.
  9. Pull the Fuel Pump Relay out. Does that shut off the fuel pump?
  10. Remove right (passenger) side marker lamp and try it on the left (driver) side.
  11. FP Relay is removed for these measurements. Looking for source voltage(s) to FP Relay.
  12. I'm looking for voltage at the Fuel Pump Relay Block without relay. No 2-3 seconds involved here.
  13. Check Fuel Pump Relay Block for voltage. Remove FP relay and check the following harness pins: C216_1 (30) Hot at all times. C216_5 (86) Hot with KEY ON or CRANKING.
  14. Possibility the Emission Maintenance Timer. Is the ORN/WT wire the IGN FEED?
  15. So the blower motor come ON, even with the Heater Mode Selector Switch is in the OFF position and your driving down the road?

  21. Who put your distributor in the vehicle? Distributor Indexing (crossfire) comes into play here. Check fuel pressure before replacing fuel pump.
