  1. So you are looking for a different leaf pack with offset center pin holes? My Toyota Pickup had offset holes, but never paid attention to the length of the pack or width, but they're laying around here somewhere.
  2. $400
  3. Your YJ is the shiznit. Xenons and a blower?
  4. K. That wood ceiling's all made up and stained up sittin next to the Comanche, and I was hoping to put it over the liner (complicated to explain), but... yeah, no ribbing sucks. Dunno how I'm gonna put it in. jbhill, for pics, if mine wasn't too saggy for reference I'd help, sorry.
  5. There's a Unimog Wrangler being built in town on 44s and coilover front and rear. It's impressive. Don't know where, but I heard Unimogs lift 11"? Also, one of the benefits of portals is incredible ground clearance. See where the axle housing is in comparison to the wheels? That's portals! To do leaf under (or leaf at all) takes out a big reason to put these axles on. While the axles are impressive, keep in mind, it'll be a b*tch. Also, parts are hard to get on this continent. Sure would be wicked though.
  6. Are those Hummer tires?
  7. Seems to me like one 1/2-ton axle's not gonna last much longer than another. If you're gonna bust a 44, do you think an 8.8 is gonna be unbreakable for ya? I think things like locker, gear, and brake selection are bigger deals, and just finding a nice conditioned axle. All this is not considering if you're planning on throwing bucks into things like chromoly shafts though.
  8. Or you can mess with everyone and put up a pic of Pete's. :D
  9. Can you take a pic for me of the headliner missing? I need to find out where the ribbing is. Sorry I can't help.
  10. I just creamed my jeans. Best of luck to you! The parts are beautiful! And $2200 is nothin!
  11. Could be a real light snag in your throttle cable somewhere. This'd make it so you can get the rpms down at the throttle body, but not at the pedal.
  12.
  13. I've been real curious to what ZJ coils Actually do. Have only heard word of mouth

    yo ho ho!

That stack's ridiculous! Change it out with piping from a wood burning stove!
  15. I got my MJ from my dad's friend. My dad's friend knew a guy who was scrapping out his stock MJ. He took the coils and I got them with the truck. They are variable rate and are the same height as the stock coils. As well, the wire diameter is equal. Good ol' XJs. Hope it works for ya! Edit: err, I think the wire diameter's the same. They're too far away to check right now, but I will soon.

  17. there's like a 6 minute version of that vid somewhere, not sure if there's more mj footage. looks like it's got a subframe. dunno what to think
  18. that 1.9 looks like a beast. wonder if there's an escort forum.
  19. Thanks! Which bumper front or rear? The front is a JCROffroad, and the rear i made. Was talking about the front. Rear looks great too. Hmm, 6.5"... Suddenly wishin for more than the 3 I have now.
  20. but... it's a uniframe though. :???: I'm so confused. We best get more pictures of progress.
  21. they look good. i'm curious about the metal choice. never have had an idea on what ppl use. that and chain would be fine if you don't want something fancy, but want something hardy. if it can hold a 1500 pound horse in a stall, your doors'll stay on.
  22. 3 Rules??? Gettin extreme here.
