    the frame side bracket and frame side joint is from rubicon express. the axle end uses a poly bushing and custom mount that ties into the upper control arm mount and coil spring pad.. i made the tracbar.

    i run the JCR over the knuckle setup with 6.5" coils. i remounted the tracbar above the axle. here is a pic for reference.

    got the jeep finally ready for NAXJA Winterfest that is this coming weekend. bent up some 1-1/4" DOM for a tube fender type look. i will eventually fill the gap between the tube and fender with some sheetmetal but just ran out of time. i also cut out the rockers and welded in 2"x6"x3/16" tube. i wrapped it around the front fender instead of welding it to it.

    if you haaaaaave to have one, just get the cheapest one. they are just a bandaid. i havent ran one for 4 years.

    6.5" Rustys coils my rear consists of... 2wd leaf packs, 1" lift shackles. i also have a spare tire, hi lift jack, and a lot of tools/fluids in the bed. the rear is about 3/4" higher...

    all my build dates ( and every other comanche i have seen) have been on the drive side door. the only problem is when someone swaps out doors...

    lock right in my front axle. had it for a few years, still works good as new. can be had for around $250-$300 i think

    i agree. hell i have wheeled with guys on 37s with a D30.

    thats the plan. much rather snap a u-joint and fix it then ruin my whole weekend with a busted R&P I'm gonna run this front axle this year and decide if i should upgrade in the winter.

    yup, front locker that is a little less harsh then a welded diff. and lots of spare shafts.
