i agree entirely. and the binding contract also helps becaus CL sellers always wanna sell it until they realize somone wants to buy it and then they don't know if they could let it go for that price. :headpop:

Changing a headliner (lots of pictures)
Squeegy410 replied to Squeegy410's topic in MJ Tech: DIY Projects and Write-Ups
its a great time to wire almost anything lol :D you end up taking out so much stuff you could just take out the seats and belts and you would have it stripped  (besides the dash) and if you do decide to take out the carpet while your at it you already have the tools right next to you. -

I havent tried it, but if you need to make them fit and you have an extra set of seats you could always make the speakers fit by cutting the backs of the seats out

Problem Solved    my dash lights, power point, and radio quit working at the same time. If you have this problem here's the solution. Run a new ground from your firewall to the ground wire behind your radio. put a robber from the new ground to the old ground  This makes your old ground wire a good ground again and (in my case) restored life to my dash lights, my power point (cigarette lighter), and my radio. If you have any questions let me know. And thank you all very much for your help

ive got tails, but i don't have dome lights so i can't use that test :ack: i did however find a bad ground in my radio the other day when i changed it. and coincedently the radio went out at the same time as the dash lights so thats a bingo  i ran a brand new ground from my firewall to my radio when i changed it, so i am going to try to run a robber to the old ground wire to the new ground wire to get ground back to the whole thing. should work well  ill let ya know what happens

My dash lights won't come on so i can't see my speedometer or anything at night. The light that tells me my brights are on still comes on, and so does my gas light. Is that a blown fuse or something stranger? please help me out

Yeah the black steelies look really slick, and the star in the middle of those rims makes it look like a hotwheels toy :dunno: the steelies look strictly business and just plain hard core. but in spite of myself, it is your jeep and your money
