The next set of tires I get that are in the M/T category will be the Firestone Destination MTs, that is waiting till 4x4 and lift kit probably. i have one 10" sub behind my seat, scored the box off a friend for cheap that fit perfectly. I have a bud who built his own box to fit in the limited space behind the seat in his F-150 and he has two 10" If i were to put 2 subs in the MJ, i would defiantly do something like that, i don't really store anything behind the seat anyways, just put the box back in the bed.

Put a subwoofer in it; rockord fosgate P1, its not bad. Actualy it was a few days ago, but i have been neglecting the forums. oil change tomorrow if the weather is halfway decent.

Today I went to the local car show held on friday nights, good turnout, pretty nice weather. I parked the MJ outside the show and walked around a bit, went off to get some food, and then came back. Saw the cleanest J10 I have ever laid eyes on, didn't see the owners, so i made a few more rounds and finally saw them, talked to the guy who owned it, really cool guy, knew his stuff, not so much on jeeps, I knew some stuff he didnt, but he has a bunch of classic cars and such. Name is Rick, lives in mass. We talked for a while, he liked the MJ and my sisters Dodge 100 custom. The J10 had almost no body rust, no frame rust, floors good, rollbar, it just passed inspection, 6cyl (258?) stick, he just put nice new 33's on it. PO put 4:56s in the AMC 20 outback, front (D44?) was not geared right. He traded an older chevy dump truck for it. He was asking me if I wanted to buy it, I asked how much, He said $4500, now, I don't have that kicking around right now, but i wouldn't mind a nice J truck. So basically all that to ask: How much would a nice 1985 J10 go for? p.s: no pics, sorry, If I see it next week, i'll take a lot.

Buck or Gerber. maybe a Kershaw if you are interested in assisted opening. from personal experience, its all opinion really.

One has the JCwhitney replacement, and the other I bought it without one and haven't found or needed to get one yet. FWIW, i fixed the tailgate latch and sprayed a new coat of black on this one.

they stopped making bumpers. If I recall correctly they will sell off the rest of the mounts till they run out of stock. Sweet bumper and truck. I'd be quite interested in getting one of those bumpers if you start selling some.

AX-4/AX-5 is for 4bangers. you want to look for a BA 10/5 or an AX15

meh, if I had to replace my tail lights with something other than stock, I'd go this route.

don't use it to haul stuff often, but when you need it, its very nice to have.
