  1. Man you got yourself a donor that's probably more rare than the MJ 97+ 2 doors are hard to come by. Find a 4 door save the 2 door[emoji106]

  3. I agree , but someone might have an Xj that's looking for one .[emoji106]
  4. Yep, doesn't fit mj rite unless you don't mind a little gap it bothers me I have one in the shed.
  5. Dunno, what all has been done to this particular motor, but it is very possible as a matter of fact there is a pro lite class, strictly 4cyl 300+ HP granted very few are the inline 2.5 4cyl, but possible maybe why he has such a high price tag there may be 10k in motor alone?
  6. Count me in on a set too
  7. That's odd you say that the boostwerk linkage is not working correctly? Do you have 231? If so something may not be correct you are the first person that I've heard that didn't love it, I know mine was simple install and shifts smoother and easier than before? May wanna look into that
  8. Your out of luck, only alternative is fabrication.
  9. If there was leaking the windshield was not installed properly, the metal trim nor the rubber acts as a sealant, just trim. So no matter what trim was used the windshield would have still leaked the decision between rubber or metal is strictly cosmetic
  10. Really dig your truck, a little lift will set it off[emoji106]
  11. Specifically the oil pan? Srry
  12. Paradise, did you use any RTV or other sealant along with the rubber gasket there have been conflicting comments on this just wondering the best way?
  13. My 91 also has same color rails as truck from factory
  14. Rite, open scoring sux, but c'mon this fight wasn't controversial I was going for the good guy too, like most people were "manny", but Mayweather is just too skilled in too many ways he is with out a doubt in the conversation for greatest pound for pound of all time!
  15. This is what I done after receiving a new one that wouldn't fit
  16. 4.10's 32s 3.5" no rub wish I would have went 4.56 with the aw4
  17. Oops 94-95[emoji106]
  18. I'll try to get a timing light tomorrow and also be on the lookout for 93-95 distributor thanks again big relief [emoji106]
  19. K guys got it running thanks a tremendous amount to hornbrod checked 5v reference checked good. Read the link that HB posted but already had it one tooth forward at 5:30 wouldn't crank, but wanted to so I thought why not one more tooth couldn't hurt? Put it at I what I would call 5:45 Sorry no pic just one tooth further fired right up! No codes and purred like a kitten during 20minute break in period at 2k rpm
  20. Tried this yesterday mine actually fired and run like crap one tooth back? Couldn't get it to fire a tooth forward or dead on #1? Will try again with pics this evening
  21. I don't have my FSM handy to look it up, but I don't think that's where #1 should be located. IIRC, the #1 spark plug wire should be at approximately 1:00 or 1:30 when looking at the distributor from the passenger side of the engine.I will check FSM when I get home but pretty sure it's 5-5:30 that's where #1 is located I will also check the things HB suggested will post more this evening. Thinking out loud I'm tempted to go back to stock 91 injectors? These are just 4hole Bosch 703s also was thinking could one of the injector plugs be swapped is there a check for this don't think this would be possible how they are layed out from factory it looked to be obvious but dad didn't mark them before he pulled them just a thought, like I said the fashion they are bent from factory it looks correct.
  22. I would like to add there are new Bosch 703's 4 hole injectors in the fuel rail too.
  23. I will post more pics of process tomorrow too, maybe it will help more, any suggestions are truly appreciated I'm stumped.[emoji45]
  24. I will try stock one tomorrow
