  1. Let us see some pictures of the extended arms you built. And I am sorry to say, not having money to do it right is no way a liscense to do it unsafely. If you don't have the money to build it safely, don't. Otherwise you could be getting a visit from the fellas I have pictured in my sig. And THAT, won't be cheap. Rob L.
  2. :agree: A smooth, low-shift will help the fuel mileage. It think its mostly up to the driver. I chose to leave it in comfort on my '91. Rob L.
  3. :agree: X Infinity. Rob L.
  4. Don, if you look in that options list wade posted, it lists hunter green metallic as an option... I didn't think they made green eliminators either, but then again, I didn't think longbed eliminators existed either. :D Custom order for the last comanche ever made maybe. Rob L.
  5. I don't know what kind of hurry you are in, but this winter I am doing the HO swap in my: '90 MJ 4.0L 4x4 AX15, LWB. If you can't wait until late fall when I plan on ripping it out, I will package it up and send it your way. Otherwise, I was just going to sell it on CL. Let me know. Rob L.
  6. Like Dave said, its not that pat desires to rip people off to make a buck. He just gets too busy with things. Not an excuse, but lets not have a bash party here. Rob L.
  7. Yours is probably a few years too old. I think if you do it right now, the cutoff is '90. You can also get the equivalent of the build sheet at the Mopar dealer in your town. Computer records only go so far back though. I think Wade did it through jeep.com Rob L.
  8. So are you going to confirm/deny anything we've said? Rob L. :hmm:
  9. Rob L.
  10. Rob L.
  11. Don, could you explain "cafe racer"? I have an idea, but enlighten me. Rob L.
  12. Might be a good idea... Rob L.
  13. You got yourself into one hell of a deal. :D Rob L.
  14. So what the sam heck is missing? Rob L.
  15. Do they even know what a Comanche is? :rotf: Most kids, well I am 23, so most YOUNGER kids who come over to my place looking at jeeps or stuff for sale always have to ask about the MJ sitting in the driveway. Rob L.
  16. If its a 4 door cherokee, most everything front doors forward will bolt right on. Rob L.
  17. Currently in chat. Rob L.
  18. I must be color blind. Looks black to me. :dunno: Rob L.
  19. In my thoughts. Rob L.
  20. :hmm: I thought it was black? Rob L.
  21. Well, went and test drove it, and was dissapointed. It felt great, the power was good, smooth and on par. BUT, the underside was caked with mud, there was mud on the d/s rear seatbelt, the sunroof didn't work, and signs of abuse all over. :fs1: It ran good, but it wasn't treated well. But I can say I drove a 5.9L ZJ, and I will find one. :brows: Even the exhaust note alone at idle says "balls". Rob L.
  22. That looks even better for being one of the last. Made near the end of the month, of the last month they were made. Lucky son of a... Rob L.
  23. Yep, I am off to itch my V8 ZJ fix tomorrow. Heading to the outskirts of chicago to test drive a '98 ZJ 5.9L. :brows: If all goes to plan, I hope to have it nestled in the driveway tomorrow night. :clapping: Rob L.
  24. Ok, good. Keep that thing as original as possible. Rob L.
  25. Just need to find a crap MJ bed I don't need. Rob L.
