  1. So that shows us who needs a bed? Rob L. :hmm:
  2. You harass people on Jeep forms????? :dunno: :teehee: I'm sorry, but I don't care who you are. That's funny right there. I think even Darren might admit that. :D He has seemed to drop in agressiveness since the offspring talk though. Everything going good Darren? Rob L.
  3. Don! What is that on the top of the inner fenderwell? Is that dirt? Shame on ya. Rob L. :D
  4. Is this a CL ad? Rob L.
  5. :hmm: Wrong how? Measurements wrong, reversed, too long, short? :dunno: Rob L.
  6. The electrical master speaks. Thats a good place to start Don. I guess I'll go from there. But, I also was on board with the "Let the shop put the pump in, and have them eat it if its wrong route." Rob L. ;)
  7. Here my old site: www.comanchemj.1hwy.com It has info on all the packages, and I put up pictures of what they look like. Rob L.
  8. Its not... :hmm: Rob L.
  9. Yep. All prices are SET. Because I got my D30/44A on 25% off weekend, they were only $67.50 ea. Complete engines, no matter what milage or how good they run are $250 all day everyday. Complete CJ/YJ bodies are $400. I'm telling ya man, You've got to get out here with some cash. :brows: Rob L.
  10. You have to worry about that XJ of yours first there mister. :smart: Rob L. :rotf:
  11. I was just saying that "if" one shows up at the new yard I go to, its $85 for ANY axle. Dave found one in the yard by him on half price weekend.... I am keeping my eye out. There is another branch of my fav junkyard up by you (kinda) in Janesville you should keep an eye on. Rob L.
  12. I'd be with you on plugs and wires, but its a MOPAR longblock with 30-40K on it. Everything was replaced when the new plant went in. It runs like greased owl poo, I would think if it had something to do with the ignition system, it would run like poo all the time. Not saying anyone is wrong, I am just trying to explain it how I am thinking... Rob L.
  13. Yep. Unless you can find an area Pick-n-pull. Seems that they are reeeeeaaaaaalllllly dropping prices right now. I can get one for $85 by me, and I think jpdocdave paid about the same for his MJ D44... And I wasn't fighting with Correy, just giving him a hard time. ;) He knows my MO. Rob L.
  14. I don't think its keyed, but it could be. Look for a "master" spline. Might be a tad thicker than the rest, or double width. Also, does it hit home hard? Or is it more of a soft stop? Progressively more tight, or easy and just stops? Rob L.
  15. :smart: Rob L. :shake: :rotfl2:
  16. I did. Makes no difference. Rob L. :hmm:
  17. I would buy the '92 hands down. Don't forget to check the build date on the door! Rob L.
  18. He is very reasonable. I asked if he could do the grey with red print, and he said no problem. I wouldn't be suprised if he can accomedate us. Rob L.
  19. I've forgotten where I heard it now, but I was told that a weak signal on startup from the crank sensor can cause the overcrank. Like it is searching for the signal, and once the engine starts and is going fast enough, the signal is strong enough to sustain. Make sense? Or am I nuts? Rob L.
  20. i think since this was made public on this thread, there's no problem with pat posting an update on it. :hmm: :agree: Pat, good to hear. Please make it happen. I know your a good guy. Rob L.
  21. Please don't tell the mods to delete your posts just because you got an answer! This could bring up and solve some problems someone has been wondering about... No worries mate, but we'll keep this up so others can learn! Rob L.
  22. Curiosity is killing me. What is it that you do Wildman? What funds the madness? And where do you keep all of these things? Sorry, just been kinda wonderin.... :dunno: Rob L.
  23. I voted sell them. They wouldn't be doing you any good just sitting in the box. Get some money back and do something cool with it. Rob L. :dunno:
  24. This is XJ/MJ related, so here goes. I sold my '91 HO 4.0L AW4 Xj to a guy at work with an excessive crank time at startup. Probably like 5-10 seconds. He said that the shop he takes it to said fuel pump. I say the crank sensor. They say fuel pump because of the leakdown of the checkvalve, and the time it takes to build pressure. I said crank sensor, because when you cycle the key until the fuel system has built pressure(and the pump stops), and it still has the long crank time. Before I keep telling him to buy a crank sensor and am wrong... So, who is right? Rob L.
  25. :agree: That stinks. I suppose I could do orange... Rob L. :dunno:
