Probably because the trans had to warm up, it was on the verge of failure. Now, after an offroad thrashing, its finally gave up the ghost. Rob L.

Update: Got the axles in, and the lift. Pics: After: Haven't really noticed any real difference with the 3.73's, but I wasn't really expecting much going from 3.55's. I think its only like a 5% Change overall. Nothing major. Have a littlte bit of noise coming from the D44A, but, it will need attention. Not a bad trade off. I do, however, need to have a little discussion with rubicon express about their lift. Seems they either don't care, or didn't realize that the coil spacers on rear are an incorrect size. Did get the V8 ZJ sway bar in also. But, in general.... :thumbsup: Rob L.

Got his XJ into the shop today. Replaced the crank sensor, dropped the crank time by over half. :dunno: Rob L.

We do that for any people coming back into twon. We have an armory with the national guard, and everytime a solider comes home, he/she is greeted by a motorcycle parade, police, fire, and anyone else. Then they go to the town square, met by 2 ladder truck with crossing ladders, and do a lap around the square. Here is one of the smaller ones: Rob L.

Brent, If you come down my way, there is a sears appliance outlet / scratch and dent. I picked up one of these super-high efficent magnet driven (no motor) high-efficency washers there for $369. http://www.fisherpaykel.com/laundry/ Spins the clothes so fast on spin dry it sounds like a jet, and the lid actually has a auto lock on it to keep idiots from getting hurt. :brows: That, and the clothes are practically dry when they come out. I take a simple belief. I believe in a "Higher Power" Be it a god, alah, jesus, the creator of the MJ... :thumbsup: There is a definition for what I am. Some one told me long ago. A person who believes in a higher power, but doesn't know what. There is a description for that. I believe we had to have been created from something. I believe in evolution. But I believe it had to start with a seed. The seed was created, evolution took it from there. ;) I loose myself sometimes thinking about "creation" if god created us, what created god? If that created god, what created that? Where does it end? How did the universe come to be, and what created the universe? How did what created the universe come to be? Space-time-and whatnot had to come from something, but where did it start? Where does it end? Eventually there HAS to be an end, but if there was, only another question as to where that began. Mosst likely 3.07. You can check yourself, usually there is a tag on the passenger side of the differential cover, and there should be a bunch of numbers, but there will be a few kinda set off from the rest, and have the first number followed by the second. it will look like >>> ...................................................... . bolt 878716845531 bolt . ..................64453 3 . 07................. Numbers I put in are just crap, but you get the idea. Oh, and it helps when you try to read this if your truck never spent time in the rust belt. Rob L.

Will, or anyone else, anyone know if the tie rod ends are the same between v-8 ZJ linkage and the 4.0L linkage? Rob L.

Got a box in the mail today: :D What could it be? :D Got my lift in for the ZJ! 2" RE budget boost. Came with shocks, coil spacers, and bumpstops. $250 shipped. Should accompany the new 3.73 Axles well. I got it because since I am going to be doing the axles, and getting a better ratio anyway.... Might as well throw a lift on it. :cheers: Rob L.

Before you get all of that stuff bolted on, I would take it to a body shop and have the frame streched. Shouldn't be all too much... That's still one darn good trade for some parts laying around. Rob L.
