The odd thing it that Lionsback isn't the tallest, isn't the narrowest, isn't the steepest hill in Moab, but it is tall, narrow, steep, and located right next to the road which allows for spectators to gather. It's private property now and they charge a fee to go up it.

Care to expend on that thought? :hmm: What are you comparing the roll-on to? Drop-in? Spray-on? Which roll-on product are you talking about?

There's nothing wrong with an internal slave, until something goes wrong. And even then it's only a huge problem if dropping the trans is a huge problem. To some people out there, it isn't that big a deal. I'm sorta in the middle on that one. It's a pain, but I can do it. I bought an external slave bellhousing for my truck ONLY because I found one cheap AND because the internal slave was already toast AND because all the parts came with the external bellhousing. So as long as all the used parts are good, I fixed my bad internal slave for like $35. The big reason the External slave transmissions are more money is simply because they are newer and tend to be lower mileage.

They need the floatation to stay on top of the snow. I bet they only run a couple psi in them too.

Or snap them off. Lots of patience and lots of PB (and even a bit of heat) resulted in saving most of mine.

Is the wiring resistor in the system? Inside the engine compartment on the drivers side wall near the front there should be a grey ceramic block maybe 3" or so long with a wire coming out of each end and a bolt in the middle holding to the wall.

Gears are likely 4.10

And if you say it reeeeal fast, it almost sounds easy. :D I highly recommend replacing the upper bolts with long studs. It helps with aligning the tranny when reinstalling.

In MJs you have to shift into "3" to turn the OD off.

You may need the 23 spline t-case too.

If I remember right, the power/comfort switch mearly changes the shift points.

3.55 gears. It's what was in the Dana 44 already, is the most common ratio available in XJs, and happens to be a great match for 31" tires and a 4.0/stick. The stars just aligned and picked it for me. :D

I'm not sure what I want. All I know is that the bitmaps are too pixilated and they need to be converted to Vector Art, or with Vector Art or something like that. That way they can be enlarged with no loss of quality. The converted files are AI files. Oh, and the stuff you see online aren't the big bitmaps of course. I'd have to mail those to you. The colors are dirt simple. The canadian one is red and black and the other one is green and black. The big kicker is that I need them put together and then sized to fit on a 10"x3" bumper sticker. Finally!! Some progress worthy of a picture. :D The original 210k mile AX-15 with the 95 external-slave bellhousing and 93 NP-242. Can't afford a newer tranny, so this one will do for now. I'm no expert on the shirt industry, but only 43 people wanted stickers so I can't imagine too many would want shirts. Plus not everyone wears the same size and the images need to be of sufficient quality to be blown up that big. Later this week I'll stop be the idiots down the street and see what he says. Oh, and there's no such thing as one-size-fits-all hats. :(
