  1. I got a laugh out of his listed profession: "Pharmacy Engyner" :teehee:
  2. :ack:
  3. No Jeep 231 is "vacuum actuated". The t-case is lever actuated and has a switch in it that sends vaccum from the engine to the front axle, which is vacuum actuated.
  4. Take the cover off, slide the collar over, install cover upside down. I heard about that a while ago and someday I might get a chance to try that on my own axle. :D
  5. Been my wallpaper since the day I returned home from the trip. :D I have a larger version if anyone really wanted a pic of my 2 leading ladies on their 'puter. :hmm: :teehee:
  6. All grade 8 bolts, some bigger than others. :D

    Hacked huh

    Seems we were a minor trophy. http://www.zone-h.org/component/option, ... croconile/
  8. I used 4" wide, 1/4" thick bar stock for all my bumper mounts with a bend to mate to the bumper. This pic was taken before I added the 3/4" bolt in that forward-most hole. I used part of the stock bracket to make the spacer to clear the shackle plate. This is my front bumper being mocked up. All the final welding was done by a pro.
  9. Simple and strong. :D
  10. Sure. Ever used cPanel? It's a maze of chaos and poorly labeled clickables. :hateputers:
  11. The home page came into existance automatically when I bought the space. The forums are a pre-packaged bundle that created itself when I uploaded them into the "forum" spot. So far everything I've done has been pretty straightforward and idiot proof (though I keep testing that particular aspect :D ).
  12. Interesting. :hmm: I've never noticed that I can save as "web page" (that's what my version of Word calls it). Pretty cool! :D That's not my particular issue though. I'm having trouble actually making the page structure, meaning creating the address itself. Not once has anything I've tried been successful and out of frustration I keep putting it on the back burner. Maybe I should take another crack at it later this week.
  13. Yup. :dunce: I'm not even interested in doing the pages myself. All I want is for someone to show me how to use cPanel to make it possible for our members to do the individual pages. That's all.
  14. That page is full of typos/errors. The Peugeot and 2.8L have never touched. The AX-5 and 4.0L have never touched. Someday we'll have a page in our website that will have info like that. :D
  15. Did you replace the pilot bearing too?
  16. How about some pics of "during"? :D
  17. Nope, 6ft and 7ft.
  18. Should be an AX-5. I'm guessing it's the throwout bearing making the noise?
  19. Does it try to start but can't? Do you have spark? Do you have fuel?
  20. If it was me I'd just deal with it and start the AX-15 search. car-part.com can help you out finding one. Just use second gear unless you come to a complete stop. :D
  21. Yup. Curious isn't it... :hmm:
  22. Those bumpers have brackets that run back along the frame, yes? That should go a long way towards keeping everything straight.
  23. If I remember right, I think they got smashed in the roll.
