  1. Hopefully it won't take out anything else when it smokes.
  2. When that Chinese Airtex relay burns up, get a Mopar relay on Ebay for a bit more $$ HERE.
  3. 1. The upholsterer called it high density foam. It's not HARD hard, but harder than the normal seat foam and retains it's shape better. 2. No idea on the F150 head liner. There used to be a guy, maybe still is, named Steve, SMS Headliners. Don't know if he's still active, maybe someone will chime in. 3. All 15" ZJ wheels fit our MJs. Same bolt pattern and offset. See them HERE
  4. I pulled the covers myself then fitted and reinstalled them. All the upholsterer had to do was replace the original tweed pieces so it only cost a bit over $100 to get it all done. I also tied all the springs together with tie wraps on top (they were decent), then covered it with a 2" hard foam piece I got from the same upholsterer. The seat was comfy when done, but I much prefer the side support on the buckets. Nope, no kin.
  5. Years ago when I had a bench. Pulled the ratty covers and had the interior material replaced and kept the original gray vinyl. While they were being recovered I glued another 2" foam pad on top of the spring bed. Turned out great.
  6. Good info G - thanks. Another good HO workaround.
  7. Facts: The early HO models have workarounds and can still utilize normally reliable factory parts. Renix models are stuck with using aftermarket C.R.A.P. junk that may or may not function.
  8. Me too, running a similar 94 distributor so you can change out the cam sensor w/o pulling the distributor. Sounds good on the 95 CPS - please try it when you can. I think it would work just fine too.
  9. Who's talking about a TPS? The TPS is mechanically actuated by the throttle butterfly shaft, not vacuum.
  10. Chrysler also changed sensor connectors occasionally sometimes just to jack up the sensor price. For instance the MAP sensor. The early 91-95 HOs used a firewall mounted MAP like the Renix models with the troublesome POS plastic vacuum tube to the intake manifold. The 96 HO's (OBD1 also for most of the sensors) uses a throttle body mounted MAP. I got the mfg. specs and compared the vacuum vs. voltage outputs of both MAP's and they were identical. So I moved my MAP is to the throttle body using a 96 MAP and it has worked great for years. I think it's going to be the same for the early and later CPS's; the mfg's spec sheets will show identical outputs. Just wanted to see if anyone has tried it...
  11. Bingo. Capital idea.
  12. The 91-92 Mopar CPS's are nearly unobtainable now. However the 93-96 CPS's are still available. I'm fairly certain the only difference between the 91-92 and 93-96 sensors is the connector; one's round and the other's oval. They are all for the OBD1 system (yes, even the 96 as far as the CPS is concerned) and both are 3-wire. Does anyone know for certain?
  13. Unfortunately my ANL fuse holder mounting holes are inline so I'd have to drill at least another mounting hole. Thanks for checking though - appreciate it.

I looked it up - yes they do sell them here, but I've never heard of it until you mentioned it. Obviously I'm not interested in them..

2010 Yaris - I had to look it up. Never heard of one. It won Motortrend's "Ten Slowest Cars We Tested In 2010" competition. https://www.motortrend.com/news/ten-slowest-cars-tested-2010-20289/
  16. Never had to do what? Press them out? If so, use a long socket slightly smaller than the shock eye bushing sleeves and press them out with a vice.
  17. No. I thought you were comparing the 88 base mj and the 92 mj for dash harness swapping purposes.
  18. Yes No, Renis and HO clusters are completely different; different connectors, pin-outs, gauges, inputs, etc. etc.
  19. Nope - the polisher.
  20. That's cool and a great idea. Have not seen that before..
  21. Alloy Pan for AW4 from PML
