  1. My lovely Filipina wife of 30+ years is inconsolable. Both of our daughters went to UA, and she saw her first live American football game in Tuscaloosa maybe ten or so years ago. Ever since she has been a TIDE FAN! Before that she never knew a real football had pointy ends. She's devastated now, and worn out by screaming (in her native language) at all the bad calls made against her team. Hope she gets over it soon............
  2. Yep. PM me. Congrats mate.
  3. Jesus, Clemson wins in the last second due to a bonehead pass interference play by Williams that gave Clemson another shot for the TD. Hella game by Clemson QB Watson. Best National Championship game I've ever seen. Not happy about the outcome, but it Bama's streak had to end sometime.
  4. 24-21 still barely Bama. Bama's barely 18 year old freshman QB is feeling the pressure.
  5. Ticked every single box except the auto transmission option. :)
  6. Nice find! Have never seen a Renix factory 4WD Eliminator.
  7. Are you watching from Mars? :rotf: Did you catch the last one yet? 14 - zip now. But it's still early.......
  8. Ain't counting, just reporting mate.
  9. Three minutes into the game, 7 - zip Bama. Roll Tide.....
  10. Be sure to have it dynoed before and after the ECU swap. Would love to see this mythical 9HP gain. If it don't show on the dyno, it ain't there. :rotfl2:
  11. Sort of. OBD1 scanner: http://comancheclub.com/topic/46667-actron-obd1-scanner/?hl=actron
  12. I get 16, running 75-85 a fair amount. 2wd/AX-15/4.0 with 31's all around. Got the correct speedo gear installed for those 31's and whatever gear ratio you have?
  13. SOP for mounting exposed Bosch-mechanical type automotive relays has always been vertically, terminals down. The only exceptions are when they are in an environmentally sealed enclosure. For the solid state automotive relays that are widely used now, their orientation doesn't matter.
  14. Honda Civics and Accords are the most always top the vehicles stolen most often in the US list. Cops run them routinely when they can, and when yours didn't match the color in their database, they jumped on you.
  15. Nope. I looked up the part number for both the "standard duty" (D35) and "heavy duty" (D44) leaf spring u-bolt nuts, 11500756. It crosses to a 12mm nut.
  16. That's what I mean. To convert the Renix fairly easily he'll also need the dash and cross body harness from an HO, along with the complete HO engine harness with the PDC. I think I mentioned that.
  17. By harness do you mean both the engine bay, cross-body, and dash harnesses? The 91 has a one-of-a-kind firewall connector. Plus you will have the polarity difference with the fuel gauge as I'm sure you know.
  18. Tim, I hope you get a commission for posting this since the seller is now sold out.
  19. The MJ axle plates that the u-bolts pass through are exactly the same for both the stock D35 and D44 axles. The style was changed in 1990, but the parts numbers remained for both versions. The D35 and D44 axle tubes are very close in diameter for the stock axles. When I installed my MJ D44 I used 9/16" dia. u-bolts (vs. the original 12mm u-bolts on the D35) and everything went in fine.
  20. I've read that on the HO MJ's the auto tranny ECU has a more aggressive advance curve than the standard tranny ECU. It's supposed to compensate for the parasitic loss inherent in the AW4's. I've tried both ECUs in my auto MJ and couldn't tell any difference on the butt dyno. Hesco also recommends using the auto ECUs for their stroker engines so it must do something on a real dyno..........
  21. There are two different 1990 Renix ECUs for the 4.0: 53005429 (89-90 w/Man. Trans.) 53005428 (89-90 w/Auto. Trans.) Do they interchange with no ill effects? Just curious.........
  22. Why don't you just call your local DMV (or whatever it's called in your province) and inform them about it? And if you noticed the mistake on previous registrations, why didn't you inform them of the error then? It was their mistake; you shouldn't be penalized for it. As long as the VIN number is the same on all your documents you will be fine, but I'd let them know about it asap..............
  23. Yes, those are the supply and return connections for the AW4 ATF coolant lines. With a manual tranny they are just capped off.
