  1. Well thank you sir for helping me pick what color to paint my jeep lol
  2. Well first off before you worry about stuff lining up right put the track bar on, and then put it on the ground, then see how it looks. And by cycle I mean put the left tire on the ground then just up the right side till its at full flex. (and vise versa)
  3. :hmm: I have stock arms on my xj with 4.5" (waiting to get long arms) and I don't have any of these problems. Other than the axle being a few inches closer to the finders my springs don't do that. Cycle the suspension and see what happens
  4. Picked up a bed, fenders, tailgate, and 2" spacers from 89Tonto. Scott if youre reading this it was nice to meet you man!
  5. Pictures might help some. Are the coils seated in the bottom with the clips on? The LCA's should just push the axle out forward, centering it in the wheel wells.
  6. Good luck to you sir, hope it all works out!
  7. Holy crap you paid 100 bucks for those. I don't know man those look sketch. Like stock ones repainted, or maybe theyre the ford injectors. But I don't see 4 holes in those, just one. But anyhoo if you can see it you might be able to fish it out with the blue sticky stuff you use to put up posters and stuff.....BUT...This isn't the politically correct answer and I am sure I will get a bunch of crap but I really doubt it will hurt anything. The combustion heat will turn it to ash and blow it out the pipe, the worst case will be if it gets caught in a valve. If you are worried about it pull the intake off and get them out. If you do pull the manifold out, that would be a good time to and check and place the headers if it is cracked at the base.
  8. Like Whitemache said the front will bolt right up, but the rear need new mounts.
  9. Did you replace them with 703's? There is a lip inside the block that stops the o ring/ the injector from falling into the block. Honestly I don't know how they wouldve fallen in but its possible....not likely but possible. Do you remeber if there was orings on them when you put them in? My guess is they are still in there. Look inside the holes and see if they are still there. IF they are 703's they should look like this 703 vs stock
  10. I put a set of 703's in my 92 and it idles much better now
  11. I bet all they do is add tank skids
  12. I don't see why they wouldnt do it for XJ's also. And I can't wait to see where theyre going to put the tank and everything lol no like theres much room anywhere
  13. Oh dang sorry to hear that. Been ther, done that. :ack: I fully torn my right and done that "partical tare" on my left. Well hopefully rahab goes well for you! I think I'm going to try and spray my new to me bed beginning of next month. I was hopin' you could have commented on it. Lol I don't think my air compressor is big enough to spray it
  14. That 8.8 swap looks like its going great, you make it look easy! I'm going to assume you havent got around to spraying the Upol? lol
  15. Nice, that makes up for the let down
  16. Ah okay so the "The charcoal canister absorbs unburnt fuel fumes and when the engine is running the fumes are sucked in & burned. It's a GOOD emissions sytem which does NOT reduce gas mileage (in fact it improves it by burning fuel vapors that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere)." So I guess I need to go buy one of those and hook it back up? I capped off the line, seems to work now blows out the right vent when selected. I update the first post with the intake manifold picture..maybe it will help some?
  17. 19. I recently rebuilt my motor and I found a bunch of random lines, and I was hoping you guys could help me figure out where all the go? 1992 4.0 ax15 1.) Something to do with the A/c? And then the one of the washerfuild is a fuild level sensor? 2.)This one is hard to see, but there is a short one green like in the harness and a red one? I thinking the its for the elec. fan, because those wires are cut also. 3.)Drip stick line for trans some broke off? 4.)Honestly I don't even know 5.) Some vacume line cut that goes to the manifold? 6.) Image Not Found Thanks in advance for the help everyone!
