  1. Once you install the Newer bumper and end caps you more then likely want to install the front flares but if not you will need to cut the flares as well... Good luck it should look nice with the old header panel and Newer bumper...
  2. The Bumper will fit but in order to use the end caps you will have to cut your fenders as the newer caps wrap around the corner...
  3. Why Not get an aprasial to devalue the book value? Here if we do not pay the book value for a vehicle we just need to show an apriasial of the vehicle (which is usually what you actually paid for it) then submit that with your payment...
  4. What is the email address to send them to?
  5. Very Nice Job.... Now you just need to paint the rest of the MJ to match your Conversion Parts or vise versa...
  6. My Swap Took me 6 months to complete but I did inside and Outside + New body and Paint... It has been Back on the road for almost 2 months now...
  7. 1989 MJ (97) 4.0L HO, AW4 & 3:73's, 4.5" of lift and 31's I am very rough on the Pedal and I get 14MPG city...
  8. X2 for http://www.jeepsticker.com/ I bought my Tailgate and Door stickers from him... Great guy to deal with...
  9. Exactly... I run a 12000lbs Winch on my MJ as I would rather have a larger winch then needed....
  10. Welcome to the Club Randy...
  11. Yes they are Truxs sTs's and they are a great tire And rated for everything but MUD however I am never in the mud and the one time I did have them in the mud they did fine... I would never run them on a stock to mild lifted MJ again unless the MJ was much heavier then it should be as these tires are more meant for heavy trucks... When they were on my CJ they were the best but the MJ was too light so I could not get rear wheel traction when it was wet out without using fulltime 4WD... Now that my MJ weighs in just over 4000lbs I would try them again...
  12. 87-90 2.5L use a smaller pump because of the TBI... 91-95 YJ's use the same pump regadless of the Engine size... As for an MJ 4.0L they use the same pump... The sender is different for the MJ so 86-90 or 91-92 if you use the oposite the gauge will be backwards (empty=full) As for numbers or markings I will have to see if I can dig one up and see if there is anything on them but I do not remember seeing anything...

  19. Hummm Well Around here they Seem to be holding up well as I have yet to change one out or do any repairs to them... It could have been a bad batch of bearings in a specific year too.... I will keep that issue in mind should I have to deal with one...

That would be Cool if they Had an entire Issue dedicated to MJ's... Tell me when and I would be up for it... Better yet We all send the Pics and Info to you and A couple bucks and You Ship it to them on behalf of the Comanche Club.com in one big package ha ha... That would keep them busy for a while...
  21. Interesting to know however Everyone drives Differently, as I know a Few Guys Who keep Breaking D60's with 35 spline shafts so anything can have a bad day I guess...
  22. That is a Grand Cherokee D44a with 3:73 gears and Disc Brakes... It is a Great axle swap for those who want a Cheap Correct width D44 with the same 5x4.5 bolt pattern and disc brakes... the ONLY real issue with this axle is aftermarket does not support it much, allthough with more and more 96+ ZJ's starting to get wheeled they are starting to make other gear options but Lockers are still only Made by Aussie Locker and one Chinese knock off company has a Selectable but I am not sure as to the quality... Many People Knock the D44a because of the center section being Alluminum However I have seen this axle (not mine) driven on for 3 days with NO gear oil and it blew up and then once cooled down it was easily Rebuilt without any issues and is still in use today and that was 5 years ago... Plus these were ONLY available behind the V8 so it can take pretty much anything you throw at it and I have had 2000lbs in the back of my truck on this axle and it is holding up Just fine... I had to break up all the black and man did it look even better then I expected it to... That is not a great pic wait till I get one in the sunlight... I see your in NJ how far from Monclair are you? The girlfriends Sister and Husband Just moved down there and I will be making lots of drives to NJ come Spring time...
  23. Thanks I was Aiming for Sexy.... It has been about 5 months of work and still not quite done yet, I will have some more pics in a few days...
  24. That's All I have for right now as I forgot to take some more pics... The truck is back at the paint shop for some touch ups and should be back On Monday...
