  11. Bumping an old thread rather then starting a new one. Are the pin outs the same for a 1992 MJ 2.5L & 1992 MJ 4.0L? I have a lot of wiring ahead, I want to swap in a replacement fuse panel, A/C, pw, pl from a HO era XJ. I will be keeping the MJ dash just replacing the heater box. Thanks

  15. The show idea had potential but they failed miserably.
  16. Mine is a jeraco brand, I do not know if it was originally made to fit a Comanche but it fits really good.
  17. The add says it is an 87 :hmm: We all know it is not a Comanche
  18. Yes and no, aluminum radiators are constructed differently then copper/brass and usually have more surface area for better cooling. If both were the same I would agree with copper/brass being more efficient. A 2 row aluminum is usually more efficient then 4 row copper/brass with the same dimensions. clear as mud?
  19. Slowly working at it, really holding off on any major disassembly until I have replacement parts. I made a small score at the pick&pull today I hope to have the new sheet metal fit and ready for weld tomorrow.
  20. There is a build thread on the red XJ @ ls1tech somewhere(I took me a while to find and I forgot to save the URL) Lot of great tech here: http://www.naxja.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1007477
  21. No cooling problems, still have the 2.5L. I just like the way they look honestly. I have been looking in the local pick&pulls for the past 6 months with no luck.
  22. The 4bt is not a good choice for a MJ do to it's weight, also it "shakes" too much for a unibody. Oh and they ain't cheap
