  1. Does anyone know where I can get a new circuit breaker for the wipers?? I've tried Advanced, NAPA, and the Zone with no luck.. Its a rather large circuit that fits into a large connector above the fuse box.. I just have it jumped for right now, and thats not real good.. And before you say JY,,, or dealer is this not a part available in stores??
  2. My cuz has a irrigation/landscaping buz that what he does. The last time I ever dealt with doing something like this I asked my brother who is a landscape architect and he told me the same thing.. It is expensive, but the best return for the $$$$.. Or you could do like my crazy woodsmen neighbor and sow some rye grass and not cut it so it looks like an open plain.. But,, I bet the misses will tell you "OH ell no" on that one..
  3. Lay sod over the grass you have now.. How big is your yard?.
  4. I guarantee the VC in my 96 XJ is stamped steel..
  5. We call that Sod down these parts...
  6. Sweet!!!!!!!! 30 G's never looked so good.. Too bad the 20" slicks give it away.. I guess the idle gives it away too...
  7. Less talk more cowbell...
  8. Got the "HELP!" part number, by chance? Went by Advanced today to get some wipers and brake lube. I got the part # for the fuel line disconnects.. Fuel line retainer clips--- 5/16 (For GM/Chrysler) part # 800-005 Orange Gas Resistance O-Rings---- Assorted sizes part # 80020 I think both are made by Dorman.
  9. Theres a video floating around the net som'a-wheres of that yellow MJ doing a burnout in a garage... I'd like to see some sort of build thread, or project thread on everything you've done to that beast..
  10. Holy jumping bean 4.0.......
  11. I agree except for the paint. Hot Rod flats is some good stuff... Its not spray bomb, but mostly a three part paint.. I hope they added satin clear.. Still looks kinda hacked together...

  14. I laugh when TJ owners complain about the lack of space in their Jeep. :teehee: just open the rear window and throw everything in the bed! :clapping: TJ's can't do that :brows: Wow thats a good idea... Think I'm going to make some sort of trash can right there in the bed under the window!

  19. Nice truck... I thought I saw that design before too..
  20. Does anyone know the gear ratios of the BA-10 vrs the AX-15?
  21. You know theres a huge degree of structural integrity in Natures design of the egg.. I saw a trick where you put an egg in the palm of your hand, and even the strongest of guys can't crush it. Build on the already strengths of the egg, find out its weaknesses..
  22. Got the "HELP!" part number, by chance? Let me find the lil box they came in, or if I can't I'll stop by Advanced today and look. I might be wrong on the size,, can't remember if it was 3/16 or 5/16.. I was wrong,, they are 5/16 not 3/16... The first package I got was the wrong size at 3/8... The napa # 730-4904 Eagle, I can't find the Advanced box, I'll swing by there today and get you a number. I looked for a picture before I posted that reply. I didnt find any that looked even kinda like the ones I bought.. I'll get you guys a part number later today. ok... found you what I'm talking about.. not the greatest pic... Well pic isnt posting, so here's the link from NAPA. http://www.napaonline.com/NOLPPSE/(S(ew2mgrfqgmayac45ig5d5p45))/Detail.aspx?R=BK_7304904_0006417767
  23. Another thing I did was took a 12GA barrel cleaning bore brush and a can of carb cleaner to the port holes in the head, and same with the fuel rail. I also replaced the quick connects in the fuel line and return line with new clips and o-rings. That was the hardest parts finding the right "gas proof" o-rings at advanced.. Yeah the dealer sells the whole kit to replace the quick connects and o-rings, but wanted 20 bucks for each kit.. :shake: The quick connect are 3/16 fittings you can get from the "help" section and the o-rings came in a variety pack which also had a o-ring for the fuel pressure regulator. It'll take 3 o-ring packs to completely replace the o-rings in the quick connects/fuel lines/pressure regulator.
  24. I have a front headlight harness that has the foglight connectors and relay in my 96. The harness doesnt work with my year Jeep.. I'm still trying to work out a deal with a guy in Va to get the 96 harness, so if that pans out I'll sell you my harness I have now. It came out of a 91 XJ, but is the exact same harness thats in my 89 MJ, which came factory with fogs. Drop me a PM if your interested.
  25. Lots of good info here's that thread http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14433
