I had leak from the seam in the rain gutter - is that the correct term? The seam where the roof and the body are joined - behind the door. I am in Tarpon Springs Florida :cheers: . One of the local clubs is having a social this Friday at the Beef O'Brady's in Land O'Lakes on SR 54 (8pm). The Beef's is 1 mile west of HYW 41 in the Publix shopping center. I would love to see another MJ from the area. - Rich

Did you get that from an auto parts store like Napa, or Advanced Auto?

Very, very hard to come by. I found one, maybe two, at the LKQ in the 4 years I have been into the MJ's. I will let you know when I see one, but it could be a while.

I was able to get my computer fixed, so I will start to post up on my progress. I tried the XJ carpet in the MJ and just by laying it in the truck it looks like it should be a very close fit -> I broke one of the mounts on the heater box removing it fro the first 96 XJ earlier this year -> I wasn’t too happy about it, but I suppose missing one bolt would not hurt anything. I wanted to use everything from the 96 in the MJ, because of something that would be different between the years and being 10 years newer. Then when I removed the original heater box I found more evidence of rat-foolery -> The boxes looked almost identical, so I tried to take the good plastic of the 86 box and try fitting it on the new 96 XJ box – it worked! -> Ready to go in the MJ -> And installed -> I also got the shifter in place -> I will be working on it this weekend, so I should have a lot of progress to post up. Picked up the transmission and transfercase! I started admiring the combo in the bed of the truck when I was filling up with gas. Something looked odd. I realized that the transfercase did not look like the NP231? It is the NP242 - I think that is pretty cool. I did some damage to my computer and it will not let me enter smilies, check my AOL mail, upload pictures to Photobucket, look at more than one picture on Ebay, etc. I messed something up good, so the build thread will be very light on pictures until I find a work around or pay the Geek Squad to fix it. Its fixed The new AW4 & NP242 ->

Going to pick up an AW4 transmission with NP231 Transfer case tomorrow! It was pulled from a 93 XJ and should be in good condition. I hope to have made some progress to the MJ by Monday.

Well, as with most of my stories, they get better every time I tell it, come to think of it, I believe it was more like 8 on 1, maybe more, they were dropping so fast it was hard to get an accurate count. :banana: On my bucket list ~ Go out Driking with Comanche County! :cheers:

Honestly - I have never seen one before. That would suck to have to work on a car with that installed. I am lost in this thread because I normally end mine with the :cheers: , but it is just not appropriate here :no:

F that, I don't care if its their first time, I would call the cops, why give them the second chance to kill someone? True. Not going to defend her at all. I have made a few stupid mistakes in my life and I will never forget when I was given a second chance. It turned my life around. This obviously was not one of those second chance situations.
