  4. How do I get the YouTube video into my post :fs1: :headpop: :wall: !??! The Greatest American Hero song - e9Q3orQhEcA
  5. I got to drive this 1986 CJ7 about 4 months ago ->
  6. Exactly what I was thinking - I think I like it a lot.
  7. Welcome to the CC :cheers: . What color is the interior?
  8. :clapping: :yes: I love that truck - it's blue and long like I like them. That did not come out well . . .
  9. It is, but it needs work. Thanks for the offer :cheers: I am sure we are right around the corner from you :wrench: .
  10. Yeah - it looks just like heat shrink tubing. I know the jeep ran - I guess it would not restrict anything being pushed through that area. I will be looking at other 96 XJ's while I am at the junk yard in the next few weeks - I will let you all know. :cheers:
  11. I pulled the 4.0 of my parts XJ and I noticed this piece connecting two of the hard fuel line parts together -> Is this normal or is this some type of repair job? Thanks, Rich
  12. Pulled the CarryAll out of the way with the Blue MJ -> so I can pull the project MJ into the shop -> Set the MJ up in the corner and brought the parts XJ in too -> Started to remove the engine and transmission from the XJ -> I just about had it out -> and I noticed this ???? -> It looks like a piece of plastic connecting the lines together???? Is this normal?? And now that the engine is free I can see a few holes will have to be made for the wiring harness and the auto cable -> It should be interesting from here on. TBC - Rich

    Now THAT is awesome. Details? That sure is awesome - my inspiration for my own dually conversion here - viewtopic.php?f=7&t=30377 has a few other dually Comanche pictures.
  14. Not yet - I have been working mostly on the off road project.
  15. My 6 year old nephew and I headed over to the shop to work on the jeep. We got the dash and some of the trim pieces in-> We have the carpet laid out and the new bucket seat brackets we got from 89er ( :cheers: ) lined up too. Took a shot of the back of the next club project ~ 1942 Dodge CarryAll WC53 ->
  16. I only talked with btm24, 89er, & Suuperman - all on CC. Never saw the other owners and I did not drive the MJ (where I keep the cards), so no Comanche Club cards were given out. Maybe btm24 placed a few cards on the vehicles? :brows:
  17. Anyone know who makes this front bumper? -> And my personal favorite ->
  18. :agree: I will try to get something in tonight
  19. :thumbsup: hang in there Chaos
  20. :cheers: Brandon. Had close to 700 jeeps there. Brandon an I counted 7 MJ's participating in the show. Saw Suuperman's Gold LWB MJ - nice. He did well on the off-road courses. This was the best Jeeptoberfest I have been to. Hats off to the Ocala Jeep Club for putting together an awesome event
  21. Flipping Brilliant
  22. Good, this is the way to go - I wish I was going :(

  24. I just checked out your build thread - great year to start off with :cheers: You don't have to wait until the Comanche is done to hang out ;) .
