Ls2xjcomanche Posted yesterday at 08:13 AM Share Posted yesterday at 08:13 AM I know this won MJOTM within the last couple years and there was an extensive build thread, but haven't been able to find it. Any chance it was removed? Any way amazing rig, wish I could afford it! 1989 Jeep Comanche MJ - Nut&Bolt RestoMod | Hazard Buildz
ghetdjc320
That was @USN_JeepMJ’s project. It’s in epic tech. Looks like someone finished up a few odds and ends. Here’s the link:
Smokeyyank
That's clucking nuts. Was listed on eBay for 50k last year. Not sure what the 35k price increase is for. Other than wheels, tires and a sticker looks the same.
Big_Mark
LOLOLOL I love it when people think because the spent $50k upgrading their Jeep that they can sell it for $50k. Bwah ha ha ha ha!!
Big_Mark
With that said that does look like a $15-$20k Comanche for sure

A nice 4.0 truck is worth 15-20k. This is a lot more truck than that. That said, I can't say what its really worth.

ghetdjc320
I think we’re being a bit harsh here. That was probably one of the best builds we’ve had the pleasure of watching take shape. We rarely get to see such rigs for sale. Market determined it was worth 50k when it sold recently. If it goes even higher than that, I think that’s just a testament to the level of craftsmanship that went into it. Only unfortunate thing is someone else profiting off of another persons hard work. But it still goes to show the level of build that was done here. This isn’t your typical modded MJ. Nor is it about the money spent overall as much as it about the quality of the build and the effort put into designing such a rig. To me, this stands as a solid example of how a well thought out and well executed build can really stand out from the crowd.
robfg67
The classic car market is soft right now. With that being said, that truck would sell for significantly more than $20k, but not $85k...ever.
