A friend has a Aero Car (and others) show at his house. I got to ride in his Daytona when we did burnouts. My brother and I helped him clean it. Here are some pics. And of course, obligatory MJ pics. This friend of ours has a Superbird, Daytona, Challenger Hellcat, and a Challenger Demon.

I did not take the pics of my MJ. The rest I did take though.

I want all the things....

I've never seen so many Super Birds/Daytona's in one place even in pictures!

They are neat cars!

So thats where the remaining worlds supply of the Superbirds/Daytonas are.

Check out the Winged Warrior and Aero Car Reunion on FB. That is cool.

Those are iOS format videos. 89, might I suggest sending the videos to either OneDrive or goggle drive and share the link with us. Usually works best for nonstandard video formats and becomes more friendly to view on all platforms.

I just uploaded a bunch to You Tube.

Those are some beautiful cars! Is it sad I was hoping there was a video of your Comanche found a burnout.

When my MJ is running better and has the AX-15 in it, I might just have to see how it’ll do.

I wouldn’t try to hard with it if it has a Dana 35. If it has a D44 you should be able to bang shift it. It works best trying it on a hill like in the videos.

Keep your revs high so the tires break loose fast and don’t have time to make traction.

I had a few Celica’s in the 80’s that we would redline then dump the clutch and they never broke an axle. We only broke one when a friend dumped the clutch at 3,000, it didn’t even move just went bang.

I like that Charger 500. Your friend has some beautiful cars.

He definitely does. Only the red Daytona and yellow Superbird were his aero cars. Most of the videoed cars were his though, except for the blue Charger.

I have an 8.8, but I’m worried about the Peugeot.

The 68? Charger 500 is actually an Aero car also, just not as an extreme example like the Superbirds and Daytona’s.

The rear window area was filled in like the superbirds and the grill was made flush with the front fenders. They didn’t stand a chance against the Ford Talladega’s though in 68.

Your 8.8 should hold up even better than a 44. 31 spline vs 30 spline. Slightly larger diameter.

Oh I’m very familiar with the Charger 500s. I didn’t mean to be confusing. Only the yellow Superbird and red Daytona were my friend’s aero cars. The 500s were early 69 only. And the gold one is a factory Hemi car.

Do it with Peugeot before you swap in the AX-15. :brows:

Maybe once I get the other engine and trans ready to drop inwe will see what it takes to blow up the old Peugeot.
