Tail light replacement 1988 Comanche pioneer

Hello, I was looking for new tail light as one of mine is busted. I see a lot of similar looking ones for Dodge Dakota’s . Will these work? Are there any after market options that will work??

Dakota housings are smaller than MJ housing. There are no after market options. Best bet is to search classified ads, Craigslist or junkyards. 
 

someone on CC is looking to reproduce the housings with a 3D printer.

The new supply is practically extinguished (at least the ones that are available for sale). Many members have several set they may sell if you post a wanted ad. Otherwise, reproduction units are under development but I don’t know the eta.

some people turned them upside down to fit, if you don't mind the inverted look
